Crimson & Cinders

Crimson & Cinders is a men's fragrance with a luxurious spicy tone. The spicy and smoky notes are not too overpowering, allowing them to blend harmoniously with scents of cherry, amber, and rum. it evokes the image of a well-dressed man in a suit with a bit of stubble, exuding a high degree of masculinity. In terms of usage, this fragrance is primarily suited for polite, professional, or formal attire, though it also works exceptionally well for attending upscale parties. As for the artistry, I love how this scent combines spice, liquor, and cherry specifically for men. There aren't many fragrances of this type that are executed this well, but Crimson & Cinders is a truly excellent scent. It's another great work from Tada Parfumeur. And as usual, it's not safe for blind buy.

A very strong smokey, spicy, and boozy fragrance. It stays with me for more than 8 hours. If you're looking for a bold scent that makes you stand out, this one should do. However, Crimson & Cinders is not good for blind buy. Please try it before making your decision. But I think you'll love it if you always wear strong scent.

This one is a very good choice for anyone looking for a strong character perfume. I really enjoy using it.

Crimson and Cinders opens with an intense blast of medicinal cherry cough syrup. There’s a piercing camphorus quality here that feels aromatic as well as slightly herbal. Think warm cherry cough drops with tonka and marzipan. Pretty quickly you’re greeted with a melange of mulling spices. Clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom etc basically just warm baking/mulling spices. The overall vibe here is quite indie. If you’ve smelled anything from Pineward it’s in the same vein as Nick’s perfumery style with Gluhwein and Christmas Wine. In fact it’s almost identical to both of these fragrances. Crimson and Cinders never feels quite as syrupy and thick but it’s absolutely redundant to own more than one of these. Sadly there’s not really any cinders here. No smoke, nothing that resembles cinders in any capacity. As it continues to dry down you’ll quickly realize the one dimensional nature of this fragrance. How it smells on first spray is the entirety of the journey. The cherry cough syrup slowly turns into sweet fruity amber and it just sort of stays this way until it’s gone. I don’t get much in the way of absinthe or rum nor do I get a boozy cocktail association. Just lots of cough syrup. Christmas Wine from Pineward is almost 90% similar to this but it has just a tad bit more progression. When a perfumer talks about Cade and smoke I prefer there to be actual notes present. If you’re not a fan of Smokey fragrances this is the perfect “Smokey” fragrance.
