Skinwear Ten for Women

Ted Baker seems to do really good quality scents. this one is indeed a very nice cherry-berry scent with a beautiful very woody base. delicious fruit splash in the top and an succulent heart with jasmin and cherry, amazing base, still with hints of sweet cherry between the earthy woods and a touch of dirty patchouli for that special dark edge. yes, indeed a dark scent ! lasts forever, sillage very nice and discret! thuuumbs up! nb. could maybe worn also by a man who doesn t care about smelling slightly sweet. i can imagine it could be very sexy for a special androgyn kind of man wearing this. glad i bought a bottle unsniffed for such a bargain !

I just received this yesterday,and at first thought they had made a mistake and sent me the one for men ( I know,I know )..all I got on first application was a slap in the face from a cedar branch with a tangerine chaser which certainly woke me up a bit-my partner kept saying "oh,dear! Phew!" as he was sitting next to me on the sofa ( which was annoying as I had decided to give it to him.) During the course of the evening to my relief, the intensely aromatic whiff finally started to die down and the jasmine started to make a tentative appearance, shortly followed by deep juicy cherries. Finally our old friends patchouli and vanilla turn up to the rescue...you are left with a warm and slightly chocolatey finish. The question is, can I put myself through hours of that horrific opening to wait for the drydown? -answer is no. Life's too short.

So looking forward to this the notes sound really nice i was looking forward to smelling this that is until I sprayed it and all I've got is a huge blast of cedar wood and not much else where are the fruity top notes and the vanilla and even the cherry the cedar wood note just smothers all the other notes so you can't really smell any thing else if they'd of toned the cedar and the woody notes right down and had made the fruity notes the vanilla cherry notes more sweet more gourmande more stronger then I reckon it would be a really nice smelling perfume to have the only thing wrong with it is yr just left smelling of cedar wood and not much else and you can't even wear it a real disappointment I would not recommend any one buy this as youlld be wasting yr money on it

Beautiful fragrance, soft and flowery with a hint of fruity sweetness which which on me does not become over powering or sickly, drying down to a warm woodiness.
