Matchalicious

I smell a lot of green tea, oakmoss is heavy with a background of matcha with a slight sweetness from the white chocolate. I think this is beautiful. It smells like Chanel no. 19 mixed with born in roma green extravaganza. It's really strong. Gorgeous for spring when the wind hits you. It's winter and freezing in Michigan but it's still beautiful. I'm actually layering it with green extravaganza to sweeten it a little for winter .

This is green and earthy like matcha with beautiful white florals in the background. The opening is a heavy hit of oak moss which made me think this would be masculine, but that is fleeting, and you’re instantly enveloped in a beautiful feminine leaning unisex delight. This is not a gourmand matcha scent, JSYK. I absolutely love this!

I own matcha meditation (muwahahaha was so hard to come by for a decent price) and this is a darn good dupe. I wouldn’t feel the need to replace my MM bottle with more of it, I’ll be sticking with Dua’s version.

Matcha Meditation, but better. Seriously. This is my first dupe ever. I kinda hated myself for buying it. But I liked Matcha Meditation a lot. I liked everything about it except for absolutely despicable longevity and being so damn light. I just couldn't justify spending any amount of money on an hour lasting skin scent. This is extremely similar but with more pronounced citrus in the beginning, more matcha and a lot more of creaminess of white chocolate. Longevity is great. Wouldn't call it "eternal", but it's still impressive. It really is better than OG, it has more substance and is not watery at all. 9.5/10, would recommend. I feel sort of embarrassed that one of my favorite fragrances is a dupe, but oh well...

I guess it's pretty well known that Dua fragrances really aren't worth rating until they have had a chance to sit and aerate after purchase. I have had this particular one for a year. I feel like it took two months to settle and be comparable to the OG. It's actually more potent than its inspiration by far at this point. It might be the orange blossom, but also it really reminds me of Girl of Now. It doesn't have the sweet caramel notes, but the white chocolate is there. I do enjoy it when I'm in the mood for that kind of scent, and the likeness is probably 98%. My bottle is absolutely nuclear, so if you like Matcha Meditation, this is definitely your jam. Times ten - it really is strong.
