Silk & Caviar – A Luxury Warm Spicy Chypre Fragrance I smelled the unfinished Silk & Caviar almost a year ago,from a lab sample on a trade. In march 2026 i got Silk & Caviar during the presale, and now it arrived last week. For me, this is the perfect “Old Money” fragrance. It has that timeless feel of something passed down through generations, quiet elegance you inherit rather than chase. It doesn’t try to be trendy or loud. It simply carries the confidence of real heritage and understated wealth. It’s a true unisex scent, one that sits beautifully on both men and women who appreciate refined fragrances. The first spray gives a bright, fresh lift of Italian Bergamot and Juniper Berry with a hint of cypress. It reminds me of crisp morning air on a private South of France estate. Then it gently warms up with green Cardamom, Ceylon Cinnamon, and fresh Ginger. The spices feel smooth and sophisticated, never harsh. As it develops on my skin, the heart opens up with Jasmine Sambac, Tunisian Neroli, and Turkish Rose. These florals create a dreamy, well-balanced blend that feels graceful and polished, like stepping into a grand old salon with its history and quiet prestige, a hint of black pepper gives the florals an extra boost. The dry down is my favorite part. It settles into a rich, velvety base of aged Cedarwood and creamy Sandalwood, with Oakmoss and Haitian Vetiver giving it that classic Chypre depth. A touch of Styrax, Amber, and Musk adds this warm golden glow that stays with you for hours. It feels like quiet authority, the kind of scent that pairs with Loro Piana cashmere or a vintage Patek Philippe. On performance, it really delivers. The projection is excellent, noticeable and refined for the first few hours without being overpowering. I would rate projection 8.5 out of 10. Longevity is outstanding on my skin, easily lasting 10 to 12 hours while keeping its character. I rate longevity 10 out of 10. Compliments come in a subtle, genuine way, so I give that a 9.5 out of 10, exactly right for an old money fragrance. As a passionate of the Chypre family, I found it fascinating to discover Silk and Caviar. In fact, after several days of testing, today I chose it again as my perfume of the day! The fragrance clearly falls into the woody-chypre category with a precise and coherent construction, upon a classic-Chypre architecture, but with an absolutely beautiful contemporary approach! 😍 I must admit that I was absolutely impressed when I sprayed my skin and could clearly distinguish each nuance of the beautifully balanced notes: the spicy sweetness of cinnamon, accompanied by the citrus and spicy tones of cardamom and ginger, which build a defined, complex, and very elegant character. Reinforced by the green and aromatic freshness of cypress, which brings a certain masculine energy with total clarity. However, it quickly integrates into a harmonious contrast between soft spicy and floral facets, maintaining balance without losing structural solidity. Although honestly, this floral phase is so, but so soft to my nose, that it does not become a complete protagonist in the composition. In my opinion, the subsequent development reveals the most solid structure, with woody, earthy and mossy accords, among dense and warm resinous notes, which ensure absolute substantivity. I love its distinction, and how it transforms into something sophisticatedly profound, luxurious, enveloping and completely unisex. The diffusion is stable and technically well-calibrated, soft like silk, with a sober sensuality that accompanies my skin effortlessly.

I am over the top in love with this fragrance. It’s a creamy, woody, spicy, soft blend. I love the hint of black pepper that gives it that signature sexy smell. I have worn this three times now since it delivered to my doorstep last weekend. This is next level fragrance!! Fun little tip; try pairing it with its Sister Siren’s veil. The combination is out of this world. Everyone knows I’m a BSB oil girl. I paired BSB Milky Way, Siren’s Veil and Silk & Caviar together and oh Mama!! I couldn’t stop smelling my arm all day long lol. By itself or with a creative combination, Silk & Caviar is amazing!!!! This fragrance joined the ranks as a top shelf fragrance in my collection. It’s that rare fragrance that evokes an emotion deep inside you that keeps you in this euphoric state of happiness all day and into your night. Thank you Tomavicci for once again tapping into those happy endorphines within my mind and body. I’m so happy to have found my fragrance family with Tomavicci.

Silk & Caviar is a timeless classic. It gives the feeling of wealth and balance. When spraying it is fresh and creamy yet slightly spicy from the cardamom and pepper components. As this fragrance dries down the woody and amber notes are brought to life and reveals an almost grounding scent. This fragrance can be worn at anytime of the year despite humid or dry climates. Although I don’t play into fragrances being masculine or feminine, for the sake of a review I will say it leans slightly more into a masculine category. Really nice clean-cut woody aromatic fragrance. Very dry profile but also very well blended so it’s kind of hard to discern individual notes but I predominantly get Cyprus, sandalwood, and something a little resinous. Gives a very gentlemanly vibe.
