Violette a Sydney

WOW! I really love this fragrance. On the opening its the near perfect dupe for the scent of the parma violet sweets. There is much more to it than just violets. The vanilla adds a pleasant sweetness. There is some powderiness care of the mimosa and iris but not too much. Im not that keen on the powder note but it works fine here. It's not harsh whatsoever but warm sweet violets but there is definitely some wood notes in there. Moderate sillage and long longevity. I think I have found my perfect sophisticated warm violet scent.

Beautiful scent with high quality violet essences, Bergamot, Iris, Ylang and a bit of Vanilla. Stays close to skin but develops and warms up beautifully during the time. After 1 hour i can feel more of Vanilla iwth Mimose. Its not a linear boring violett, but gorgeous complex one. Love it.

The opening is a bright Parma violet burst that is quickly followed by sweet iris and powder notes rounded and warmed up with a non sweet vanilla note. The thing I notice the most about Tonatto perfumes is though there may not be great sillage the longevity is outstanding. This perfume is no different. This becomes a luscious musky floral vanilla powdery skin scent that I keep catching whiffs of hours later that is delicious. My husband agrees that it smells like spring on your skin and it's sexy. This is not your grandmother's violet perfume!
