Bombshell Paradise Eau de Parfum

Scentmojis: 🌅👒🦩🍈🌷 My goodness does this smell good! Fruity without being a sugar bomb . . . floral without being old lady . . . wood notes without being too masculine . . . it really strikes the perfect balance! No in-your-face notes, nothing loud, nothing showy, just a light, office-appropriate, daytime, sweet and fresh smell. This is especially good for spring and summer, but wouldn’t be out of place in any season. People might say it doesn’t have a ton of personality but it’s at least more distinctive than the original Bombshell—I like that I can smell the fruit in this one (the original just has an airy, icy, generic perfume smell to me). Unfortunately the lasting power and projection are really weak—to the point where buying this at full price would be a ripoff. If you can get it on sale, though, buy it—because this is a truly wonderful smell.

Bombshell Paradise has been the surprise "star" of my Victoria's Secret SAS perfume haul! I don't like the original Bombshell as there is something in it that it just too sharp to my nose and never quite settles to my liking. However, this flanker surprised me in that it actually evolves a little, but in the best kind of way. On paper I was unsure but on my skin, it really came alive! I get strong grapefruit / citrus at first, then a moderate floral, then it starts to warm up a bit and the woody notes come into play. The previous reviewer was spot on about it being well balanced. I was very surprised with how well it projected at arms length to the extent that I kept going "mmmmm what's that?" It was me! :) This will be perfect for summer when you just want to feel fresh and clean and smell nice. My teen son said it smells like you're fresh from the shower and we both agreed that either one of us could wear it. If you can catch it on sale it's a worthy purchase. The bottle is beautiful too. I really like the bottle design for the Bombshell flankers.

It’s nothing groundbreaking.. but what do you expect from this brand? That’s not an insult by any means as I like a few of their perfumes. Like. Not love. Just like. But it’s an easy reach. It’s fresh. It’s clean. It’s summery. It doesn’t project but - it’s not a winter perfume. Is it? Not many summer frags project. Unless they have a composition that can also be worn year round! The only true summer frags that project, are ones that have a heavy musk to them. They also last longer. But then you’re left with just that musk smell on the dry down. This.. this one.. the top notes stick around for a lot longer than other freshies so I’m not disappointed. I’m rather impressed by that. This brings back high school vibes for me. Of skipping class and going to Bondi beach and hanging out with friends. Feeling free. So my score will be a strong 6/10 which is good in my books. Just not great.

this is my first bombshell and I'm a little disappointed. I was expecting something sexier but it feels very soapy. it's not really floral. the grapefruit note is really strong UPDATE: I've now worn this a few times. I still stand by the soapy opening. once it settles it becomes a nice androgynous grapefruit, very fresh and clean. good for late spring or summer. very fruit without being sweet. it kind of borderlines on sour. if you get your hands on this spray it and wait. it develops nicely.

I hate OG Bombshell, but Bombshell paradise is terrific. I tend to like sweeter fragrances, but I like this because it's fruity and bright. It's great for super hot/humid days when you don't want anything cloying and sticky. This is fresh with citrus, which settles down into a more floral base (but the fruit is still the star of the show!). This is a very affordable perfume. If you tend to like fruity fragrances and want something crisp and refreshing, this is it!

I wish Victoria Secret can bring this back. I'm typically a gourmand lover. Anything that smells vanilla, candy, dessert, spin sugar or chocolatey is up my alley. But this scent is truly magical. It reminds me of when I use to take my kid to the park when they were a toddler. It's an everyday scent. Citrusy and fresh. Great spring/summer scent. I'm holding on to the last few sprays that I have in my 3.4 oz bottle. Please bring it back!

i was SO so dissapointed with this perfume. it doesn't even last an hour on me. sadly, i wouldn't recommend this one. it smells pretty much like any lemony fragance (even bordering cleaning supplies or any hand soap from BBW) and has absolutely no projection or longevity.
