Fabulous

This is a fabulous summer fragrance! It literally blooms in the heat & humidity. I've found it lasts hours longer in summer than any other season. Decent moderate projection that settles into a skin scent after 3-4 hrs. It's never overwhelming or heavy, never too sweet or cloying. Won't cause headaches or nausea. I gave up on cooler weather wearing off it all together. Fabulous is just beautifully fresh with such a beautiful soft floral airiness to it. I do tend towards some nose blindness with this fragrance & thought at first it was just not lasting. However, I found out others can still smell it 2-3 hrs longer than I usually do. I could bathe in it, I love it so much! I've also found I can add to its longevity by layering Fabulous with either VS Love or VS Paris. It mixes beautifully with both of them! Btw, VS Paris is also another fab summer fragrance even though it usually seems to be released more often in the cooler months.

I finally got around to sample this fragrant. It's not a bad scent compared to all the new VS perfumes coming out this year, such as Tease Please and Heart Breaker. I really absolutely love the opening to Fabulous. It's enticing, youthful, and what a breath of fresh air! The fun stops about right there. The dry down reminds me of a mixture between the chemical laced Bombshell and exhilarating scent of VS Body perfume. I am not a fan of this fragrant after the dry down. IT's a bit too bitter for my taste. If only they were able to keep the fragrant smell consistently like the opening few minutes or so, I would fall madly in love with this fragrant. Enough to pay for full price. Sadly this one is a morpher into something bitter. I am waiting for the next perfume hitting the market. The great news is, VS is always coming out with something new for everyone even if this one doesn't work out for me.

This review is for the Fabulous fragrance mist not the perfume. It's fruity-floral-fresh, sweet and very feminine. It's a light scent, not a lot of warmth which is why I prefer it for spring/summer. It's also one of those scents that doesn't change very much from first spray to dry down. This is also one of the only scents I've gotten compliments on at work (at the time I was around 22) by a nice lady (probably in her late 30s) who wanted to know what it was. I think this scent would work for a large variety of ages. There's also something in it that reminds me of Clinique Happy which is what my mother wears, so that makes me enjoy it even more :)

I can't tell you what notes I detect because im not really good at that but I can tell you that fabulous is a lovely smell and im surprised it doesn't get too many positive views. Granted, the longevity and sillage sucks (like literally). This is the type of sent that I would wear to bed combined with the lotion, it is something that I would share with just my boyfriend because it is a pretty, intimate scent and it's definitely not a headturner. So I don't really wear this to work or school or to any outside activity for that manner, just to bed because of the sexy, intimate feeling it gives me.

I will admit to being a Victoria's Secret snob, in that I automatically was inclined to find all of their scents generic and similar. Well time and again I have been proven wrong, now that I have actually given some of these scents a real chance! I like Fabulous quite a bit! Far more that I had anticipated. To me it is almost identical to South Beach by Paris Hilton, except for the fact that there is a delicious gourmand whipped cream note in Fabulous that prevents it from being cloying like South Beach can become. As for longevity I am going on 4 hours and there is no end in sight :).

This is quite good, and that surprises me, tbh. VS frags tend to be too much: too sweet, too full of fantasy notes, too cheap. F. has all the notes I usually dislike: red currants, whipped cream, musk. And yet there's something really likable about F., the composition is more than the sum of its parts. It's not in the pyramid, but there's a hint of tea in F. Maybe from the Osmanthus? Performance is modest, almost a skin scent. That's OK, sometimes I like a light perfume rather than a heavy hitter.

I own Viva La Juicy La Fleur which is one of my favorites and I got a sample of Fabulous, sprayed each one on each arm and I couldn't tell the difference, however La Fleur lasts longer and its richer more intense. Id buy Fabulous only to use it daily so that I wont waste my beloved La Fleur. Idk why VS comes up with perfumes such as Noir Tease which smells almost like Viva La Juicy Noir (or the original) and Fabulous which is pretty identical to La Fleur smh.

Very nice fragrance, not super special. I loove how the fruity notes come through, I like it much more than other generic perfumes I smell if I'm honest. Not something I would wear day to day. Super sweet and light. Most VS perfumes I don't really like because they all smell the same, but this one stands out a little more than the others to me. I think the florals work well together and blend very nicely with the fruitiness.

I have been searching for something similar to my all time favorite VS scent that has long been discontinued (my beloved Gardenia). While this doesn't really have the gardenia, it does have the soft, clean summery drydown that brings back fond memories of the summer of '94! The nostalgia that I get from sniffing it is reason enough for me to add it to my collection!

Gentle floral scent, very pleasant, comforting, like cloud of sweet fantasy. For hot summer - it is just perfect. In other seasons it could be too delicate. On my skin, longevity is good, I can smell it after many hours. However, my skin is rather oily, so perfumes stick to me usually well. Everyone has to test on their own skin.

To me this just smells just like grapefruit and that’s all I can smell. I don’t smell any of the other notes. I do like it and I wear it when I want something fresh and subtle for spring/summer. It doesn’t last a long time and it isn’t overwhelming or strong. It’s almost more like a body spray than a perfume.

Not sure if it's just me but I get a pretty strong tea note in this. My bottle isn't the original one so I'm not sure if it was reformulated. It's a safe citrusy, shampooy, tea scent to me. I don't reach for it often but it's on my list to use up this year so I plan on getting to know it better.

Fabulous is a pleasant, fairly generic, fruity floral. It’s mildly sweet and has no sharp notes. Although I wouldn’t call it fabulous, this is the sort of scent I call pretty. It’s pleasing to most people, it’s a soft scent, and it’s quite safe. The color pink suits it well.

baby's first fruity floral. it's nice! just...nice. nothing new. kinda unmemorable. i like it, but I don't see myself wearing it all the time. super inoffensive, very light, great for warm weather. surprisingly enough, I don't have a lot to say about this one.

It's very fruity and sweet, but not in your face like "Pure seduction" or "Velvet petals," and I'm guessing its the whipped cream. This was a blind buy for me and I got lucky because I love it and it smells so good! Definitely a Spring or summer scent

Great during summer in heat and humidity. A beautiful fruity floral blend with an smooth sweetness. Love it. Right now layering it with Pink tropic vanilla.

This smells exactly like Viva La Juicy La Fleur. Ugh, waste of money since I already own Viva La Juicy La Fleur. No staying power for this.

I got it as a gift. Its a nice fragrance. But that's all about it. I found it very generic for my taste.
