Vince Camuto Homme Intenso

I had the pleasure of having this with me for a good 6+ months in the Caribbean. This was single-handedly my signature scent there, and I did have others. The days were hot there so I found this to be the scent I went to a lot to not only last but stand out amongst the current trend of sweet fragrances. I ended up being asked to leave behind (what little was left of) the bottle. By a woman too, she wanted to remember what I smelled like for the time I'd be gone. The (sharp but not overly strong) citrusy ocean opening is great with that little spiciness in there that makes it unique to me. Then as it dries down it becomes more masculine and woodsy as a closer to your skin scent. There's really no sweetness or saltiness in my opinion here. It worked great for being an out-of-the-shower and go spray. I don't like to overspray, and be "that guy", so generally I stay around 2-3 sprays of any fragrance I use. I was complimented a lot on my way to town when in public transportation (where you are often forced to be very close to people you don't know). I do say that in high heat it might have a harder time with longevity and the projection will fade, but that might just be my opinion and due to me sweating a lot. I did spray more in times I wore it at night, though cooler temperatures, I wanted it to come across stronger, especially when I was outside in open areas. Highly recommend to ask for this if you're in a department store to try. I happened to get a set that had 4 types of Vince Camuto fragrances. Though they're ALL good, this one was the true stand out (to me) especially for Summer.

Upon wearing this more, I would say it is a similar scent profile to Burberry Hero. Fresh clean and woody. The notes here I'm fairly sure aren't correct completely but in this frag there's a lot of cedar, artemisia, lavender, pine... The artemisia/wormwood gives it green kinda tinge , not boozy but a bitter freshness, and gives it some character to make it stand out... There might be some sort of bitter leaning citrus in the opening like citron too but who knows, I think these notes are wrong especially the "ozonic notes" accord lol... Ginger, artemisia, woods- clean and fresh- that's what you get for the most part. Nothing groundbreaking but not generic either. This is a good scent. Inoffensive. My girlfriend liked it and said it smelled nice and she usually doesn't comment on my cologne. I wouldn't pay the $90 for it right now but it's easily worth $40. Higher than rack store quality for sure as Camutos usually seem to be. Burberry Hero smells better to me, this is less peppery and sharp and has more green and fresh notes. Not as sharp woody as Hero. Still a fresh woody fragrance, this is versatile and smells very nice. I have not smelled the original Homme. Can't compare. Good fragrance. 8.5/10. 4-6 hours average longevity I would say. Warm weather fragrance for sure. Nice scent bubble I catch whiffs a lot when I wear it. Don't think it'll project in the cold all that much. It's fresh but the woods allow it some depth.

Crisp, clean, green and sharp citrus. This could be a great signature scent. The dry down has similarities to Acqua Di Gio Profondo which I like very much, but I actually like this even more. It has the citrus and green parts of Profondo without the salty and mineral notes. The added ozone notes make this a touch soapy, but not overly soapy. Sharp citron in the opening with the artemisia making it crisp and green, then the woods come through. Just straight good. Very well balanced. I'm not sure who perfumed this but it smells like something from Alberto Morillas.

Scent: A sharp, herbal, and somewhat bitter scent. It's a little blue but mostly green. It's simple note profile is pretty spot on. I get a lot of citron, wormwood, and a bit of woods. Performance: it's okay, the thing that gives it that sharp, bitter smell doesn't seem to have any notes that bind it to your skin. I get about 2-3 hours of arm length but it goes to a skin scent. Value: For its price, this a solid dumb reach work or daily errand scent. I have two bottles. It's not the highest quality ingredients but it doesn't really smell cheap either.

Refreshing and clean green. Reading CajunScents comment below about smelling like something Alberto Morillas made it hit me....it does heavily but NOT ADG. Robert Grahams Valour was created by Morillas and has that same Citron opening with a slightly altered heavier base. That one is getting harder to come by but upon smelling this they are 65-75% similar. A great scent for 25 bucks right now at Burlington.

I only paid $20 dollars for this. smells great ! it has the same dna from the original vince camuto homme ! this intenso is more green and woodsy ! very fresh like a green bar of soap’ that’s my opinion! so happy for this purchase.

Fantastic fragrance for the price that I picked it up for ($24.99). Green with a nice hint of citrus. Smells masculine and clean. If you find it for a good price, I highly recommend you pick it up.

@knowsee This does exist and it smells nice. Doesn't smell like Forever. Ozonic sweet citrus with some aromatics it's actually enjoyable. Pm me if you see this, I have a friend who decants it !

Opens up very fresh and ozonic - something like a mix of Acqua di Gio and L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme. Dries down a bit more green and classy. Quite enjoyable.

The scent is not new at all but I am really enjoying this. Fresh, clean, soapy and green. I can sense that ingredients are of higher quality.

This is amazing. This is basically a more intense and refined version of the original. I’m stunned. So good!

A men’s woody-aromatic fresh fragrance, safe for everyday use year-round but shines in spring and summer with a sharp citrus opening of citron and ozonic notes, followed by a ginger-forward heart with slightly bitter green artemisia, and a simple, clean woody base that feels elegant and straightforward without complexity or excess sweetness. It reminds me of Acqua di Gio Profondo in its citrus-green aspects but lacks the saltiness and minerals, with a light soapy touch closer to classic cleanliness. Performance is solid with moderate projection and good longevity, and the price is excellent at retail (often $25–50 vs. $94 official), making it a great budget option for a clean, masculine daily scent.

Citrusy, herbal, masculine, daily-driver. Doesn't really smell like Acqua di Gio to me. Has a little bit of a throw-back feel in that it doesn't have the modern sweetness overload (or any real sweetness for that matter), but it's still modern overall. The notes shown are what I get: Citrus with refreshing ginger and a slightly bitter, herbal flavor from the artemisia all on top of woody notes. Simple and effective. All year appropriate but ideal in warm weather. Do-it-all fragrance at a great price. This one's a grower. Smells pretty good at first, but upon subsequent wearings, I like it more and more.

This is a good blue frag for the price point. You get a lot of sour lemon (more like lemon rind) off the top. You get that ginger and green accords that come in that gives it character. Its a fresh clean masculine mass appealing scent. It projects well and an above average performer. Its good not great but it gets the job done. You can definitely wear this to the office on warmer days. Or just wear it casually during the summer daytime. 100ml EDP for $20 its a great blind-buy.

Clean citrusy woods. Reminds me of a stronger version of Acqua Di Gio. Very similar scent profile to what the original version used to be. Has just a bit more citrus up top and a bit more wood in the drydown. If you love the original AdG, but miss the better performance that older bottles had then give this a try. Would be a great gift for a young man just getting into fragrance. Inoffensive and universally liked smell. Office safe.

It finally hit me; this smells like Eterno but with airy herbal and citruses front and center. The back bone of this fragrance is the same inky/powdery goodness that Eterno has but without the strong powder profile. It’s really nice for work, the gym, and running errands in any weather and any setting.

I've never had a fragrance transport me to a time or place before, but one whiff of this and I was instantly back to the beach as a kid. This one has a fresh, light scent that is reminiscent of sunscreen in the best possible way. Think Zeus on a boogie board. Clean, fun, nostalgic. Good times.

A very safe and affordable, dumb reach freshie for spring and summer with decent projection. It’s aquatic and floral like Acqua Di Gio EDT but heavier on the ginger and herbal/green notes. For that reason, it’s honestly pretty relaxing and spa-like. 6.5/10

From experience this perfume is not that great, the projection is okay, the longevity is about 30 minutes to an hour, the scent itself i don’t enjoy, it smells too much like chemicals to me, although it does smell a bit like blue de channel just by a small bit, maybe i got a bad one or its just not good on me specifically.
