Torino22

This is my favourite fragrance of all time. My first ever niche fragrance, first ever Xerjoff purchase, my most expensive cologne purchase too. Unique. I remember I was obsessed with the idea of "I gotta smell unique", and wanted to join the niche side of fragrances and to stop endlessly buying designer fragrances. I entered a niche fragrance store with most of niche brands out there and I tested every fragrance from Xerjoff I swear. I was mostly documented with the Torino line so I smelled the fav out of those 3, Torino22, since I was looking up about it the most, being called an "underrated" release of the brand since the 2021 version (Torino21) was the one that got the hype the most (21 still a great scent). The workers there sprayed the fragrance on my inner elbow then I left the store saying like "I'll see how this performs". I went to the cinema after visiting the store, well dressed, and I can't explain y'all how many side eyes I was getting due to the fact that I was ADDICTED to smelling it from my inner elbow. I wasn't even a full spray since the bottle was nearly empty I believe. It's something hard to describe, and unique. Later going home I could still smell it of course. So then weeks pass and I really had to get a full bottle of this, or at least a 15ml "sample" from Xerjoff's official site, but it wouldn't be fully worth it like that. I went back to my daily local mall that had that niche cologne brands store and my mom susprised me buying the fragrance at retail + amazing experience inside the store, I remember I tested some more Mancera's, Nishane, Amouage etc I went home, unboxing the entire beautiful packaging of the fragrance, and there it is, the long awaited beautiful presentation which Xerjoff offers. Picked up the bottle carefully, then started spraying around (as excitement, not making this as my daily basis room freshner lol). Enough about the story of how I got it. Let's talk about the scent profile. It's very complex and smooth smelling. Imagine a photorealistic pack of eucalyptus lollies pack (I used to eat them a lot when I was younger, brings back some nostalgia), mixed with saffron as in the note breakdown which brings it a bitter spicy kind of feel, then the unique note of "mate" which covers up the entire scent with some sort of earthiness you feel in a forest, kinda green in a way. Reminds me of green tea from latin America, well actually that's what it is. Practically described, picture a forest filled with eucalyptus trees, on the ground you step on humid saffron and you feel some soft spices come up to your nose as you're walking, all packed up in a nature-like wind that would announce a rain, but then after a few hours you got pranked by mother nature and instead you're brought up some dryness in the atmosphere from the dry woods of the eucalyptus trees. Camphorous, woody, spicy, effervescent, a bit fresh, has a slight caramel backbone effect to it behind the woods and musks, creative, sexy. Perfect blend. Note: it's not gourmand, and not exactly a "green" fragrance either Talking about performance this won't actually fill a room but it's definitely long lasting, 9hrs+ longevity with strong projection for the first 3hrs then it becomes moderate. Versatility wise this one is king, day and night, absolutely all year round. Dumb reach, work/office, date nights, loud environment, casually, formally. Btw, I've heard about the comparison or association of this cologne and MFK Baccarat Rouge 540 extrait de parfum everywhere. I tested Baccarat Rouge myself and I can tell that something from Torino22 makes you think of BR540extrait, it's because of the saffron you get after smelling it a couple times. But I wouldn't say they are "similar", they have got a common note, that bitter aftertaste and that's it. They definitely don't go in the same direction. Also I find BR540 way more feminine and it has other purposes on its own. Still an iconic piece from MFK. (fav being grand soir) Finally, an important factor for most, people around you will compliment and tell you smell "superb", that's the defining word of the fragrance. Xerjoff Torino22: superb, unique blend, you will smell completely different from the vast majority, smooth asf, very high quality, woody, camphorous, spicy, astonishing presentation, versatile, sexy, perfect, my favourite fragrance of all time. 10/10 hats off.

I really love both Torino22 and Torino21 in their own ways. They are two totally different fragrances. While Torino21 is more suitable for summer because of its minty green freshness, Torino22 is sweeter and bolder. I would like to say that I do get why some people think Torino22 smells a lot like Baccarat Rouge 540 (mainly the Extrait variant), but I think they are still very different. The reason why a lot of people get the similarity is pretty much because of the intense saffron that is very prominent from the opening till the drydown. But I think that's where the similarity ends. The eucalyptus in Torino22 is what makes it unique, even though it is not the main note that I'm getting in all phases of this fragrance's life. It is not something that is too "cooling" or "refreshing", it just adds more character to the scent. I also get some freshness from the bergamot in the opening, before I start to get the spiciness and richness from the maté & some woods. Torino22 also doesn't have that sharp sweetness. It is smooth, richer, and more wearable, yet more unique to me. I get why the similarities to Baccarat Rouge 540 might be something that turns you off from having or even trying Torino22. Believe me, I was one of those people. But, spending a little more time with it makes me think it's a worthy purchase. I like this a bit more than Torino21, if I'm being honest. In terms of performance, it is excellent on my skin. 10+ hours of longevity with a great projection in the first hour or two. It is one of those fragrances that is not an instant love to me. But that doesn't mean I hate this fragrance the first time I tried it. On the contrary, I actually really loved it (I've never smelled a Xerjoff that I don't like). But, it took a bit of time for me to decide whether it was worthy to get or not. That's because other people's negative opinions about this fragrance made me question my own decision. But in the end, I'm so happy that I purchased one. My advise for you is: 1. If you like Baccarat Rouge 540, the EDP or the Extrait, you should try to sample this one. You might like it even more because of the shared note of saffron. 2. If you think you love this fragrance but you're confused whether to get it or not for the same reason as mine, just try more. 3. Spraying it directly on your skin makes a big difference for fragrances like this. And more importantly, only sniffing the atomiser is not going to tell the whole story. This fragrance evolves very nicely.

First wearing today. (From a Xerjoff sample that led to a full bottle purchase) Not sure where any associations to BR540 are coming from, I get nothing of the sort. In fact, this smells almost exactly like JPG Scandal Absolu, but a lighter, more effervescent rendition. Super sweet, and not really something I would associate with warm weather. Heck...had the sample not come directly from Xerjoff in a Xerjoff box, I'd have thought someone was playing tricks on me. Having said all of that, this stuff is fantastic. Not masculine at all, if I'm being honest. Very unisex. But whatever. Smells like designer DNA done with a higher standard of blending and ingredients. Need to wear it a bit more, but my first time out with it I got a 'positive comment' from a very pretty lady. And that's rarely a bad thing. Edit/update: After my second wearing, I ordered a bottle. This stuff is really good. Edit/Update #2: The more I wear this since picking up the full presentation, the less I like it. I enjoyed it at first, but now I'm feeling like it leans too far into the feminine realm. Here is the kicker: Every single time I have worn this, I've received multiple compliments/comments from people nearby. Two sprays only. I have never seen this kind of reaction to any fragrance I've ever worn. Ever. All women, and all just swooning over it. So...since I'm a pretty average-to-not-memorable-at-all-but-in-a-very-charismatic-way kind of guy, do I just wear it anyway despite the fact that I don't like it that much anymore...just to suck up positive attention that I didn't really want anyway? It seems like there are a shit-ton of folks on this site that only talk about 'compliment pullers' and such.....And I am telling you this fragrance is IT. I have literally NO WORDS for how people are reacting to this stuff. It almost is puzzling to me. Maybe it smells different in the air, and to other people, than I am perceiving it? I am on the fence about keeping it or selling/swapping in my local group.

In the world of fragrance, a rare circumstance has occurred. The listed notes for Torino22 are a decently accurate! Contemporarily, a more common event has occurred: people see "saffron" and are suddenly struck by acute olfactory hallucinations, where everything is similar to Kurky's red bottled fluid... Anyway, Torino22 opens with a scent of rubbery saffron paired with a slightly sweet/balsamic (realistic) eucalyptus, and zesty bergamot. This opening intrigues me, as it evokes the scent of inflatable covers used to enclose sports fields during winter. As for Torino21 (where it is more about balls... tennis balls!), this is a clever nod to the line connection to the world of tennis. As the fragrance evolves, the initial sweetness of eucalyptus dissipates, making way for a more grounded heart. A relatively strong mate note (a herbaceous tea accord) emerges, intertwining with woodiness. The tea-like sweetness is perceptible, but it is balanced by a bittery clary sage. This middle phase will last around 5-6 hours, until everything blurrs into the final dry down. At that point, a musky, woody base will reveal itself, providing an enduring foundation. The tea undertone will still float around in the background, which is a nice touch. Compared to Torino21, IMHO Torino22 is quite different and more original. It has a robust and structured profile. As a result of its composition, it is versatile and suitable for year round wear. The performance is strong, offering 10+ hours of longevity on skin with good projection for the first 3-4 hours, and still radiating of skin after 8 hours. Overall, I'd say that it is one of the most peculiar among Xerjoff's blue tinted bottles... worth a sniff, especially if you like tea based stuff!

One of Xerjoff's masterpieces. My favorite Xerjoff from the 20+ Xerjoff's I've got samples or bottles of. Right at the opening, I get a creamy, sweet raspberry note. I LOVE the opening of T22 (I love everything about it really). It quickly turns onto a fresh gourmand to me. Something that smells edible and delicious. But doesn't really smell like food. The longevity and projection is simply impressive on me. 12 hours easy including skin scent stage (starts vel after easily passing the 8 hour mark on me) on clothes it lasts for Days. Although it's got that winter performance, I wear it all year round, no problem. Probably can be too dense if you live in a Really hot place, or on the warmest days of the year. But 25°C and clear skies is no problem at all. Perfectly unisex. Doesn't smell masculine or feminine. Just smells gorgeous and sexy in a general unisex way (hard to explain). It Is pricey, but worth every penny. I've never smelled anything like it, and it is in my top 3 fragrances I've ever smelled. Beaten only by Roja Dove's Burlington 1819, and battling it out for second place with Danger Parfum Cologne also by Roja. Not blind buy safe. Mostly because of the price tag. But also because a lot of people try Torino 21 and think this will be similar. Torino 22 Isn't anything like Torino 21. Sample first, and enjoy that sample on a good day. Score: 9/10. It's close to perfect. The bottle is fantastic, and it can be worn to a wedding, a funeral, a party, a date or chilling with friends. What more do you want?

First try of Torino22 in the Join the Club collection, Xerjoff’s second annual release (after Torino21) celebrating the Nitto ATP Finals, which, starting in 2021, has been held in Turin. Whereas Torino21 is a fresh, minty, ozonic blend, Torino22 is a bit deeper but, in one sense, similarly multifaceted and defying categorization. To my nose, it has a bit of the funky cannabis/Arabica coffee bean smell that’s so powerful in the Coffee Break collection (Golden Dallah/Green/Moka), which, in this case, is a mix of clary sage, mate, and saffron, I’m guessing, based on the listed notes, along with guaiac, bergamot, and musk. It’s a little dirty, green, fresh, funky, and raw. It’s a challenging one to describe but for anyone that’s smelled any of the Coffee Break scents, there’s at least some vague common ground, even though the notes seem to be quite different, and it’s surely a huge departure from Torino21 despite being the same series. Torino22 is EDP concentration and priced at $215 for 50ml, on the more modest side of the house’s pricing, but still not cheap, but it’s a really robust scent with a lot going on, relatively high in uniqueness and creativity, apart from some of the connection that I sense to the Coffee Break collection. It’s sold on the house site and through US boutiques like Perfumology, which has among the best Xerjoff selection I’ve seen. I’ll seriously consider picking up a bottle after doing a side by side with Golden Dallah or Moka. 8 out of 10

Honestly, this smells like nothing else i've ever smelled from a fragrance. My nose hasn't tried it all, but i Do feel like i've tried a lot (I've owned over a hundred fragrances and closer to 300 different decants at this time). First off, this is just fantastic. I purchased a 2ml sample from Xerjoff and I was so happy with it i bought a full bottle. I find it to be unisex but leaning masculine. It has a velvety smooth character. I get a faint, "sweet raspberry" like note on top. I also get a bit of soapy kind of a scent. At the same time it's like milk and granola. I Really love it. I ended up buying it because i need this scent in my life. Dry down smells a little reminiscent of Naxos dry down. But with a raspberry note in stead of a honey note for sweetening. Gorgeous and intoxicating. I'd say year round, all times of the day, any occasion kind of a scent. Although, I'd probably avoid it in the highest heat of summer. It may be a scent with a sporty background, but i would Not want to were this to a workout/sport. It could be a bit nauseating when you're in that kind of setting. Not blind buy safe. But a Must try. It is Truly special in the best way possible. Personal score: 9.75/10. I Love it. I wear it for special occasions, and i will Always have it in my collection, for as long as it is available.

Smelled this in a niche fragrance store and was instantly hooked. They graciously gave a sample, and I had to buy a full size bottle, as I'm worried it could be discontinued sometime soon with it being associated with a year that over time will be long past. This stuff smells very rich and refined--just classy. No denying the quality of ingredients; it gives expensive vibes. Those giving such huge comparison to BR540 I'm not following. When I think about it, I get slight similarities I guess, but if it's part of the same family, it's a distant cousin at best. It dresses up or down quite easily, although I'd say it dresses up better than down. I think it's one of the few niche fragrances worth its full MSRP, but that being said, I snagged a bottle for $123. Absolutely worth that, and if I go through my entire bottle, I would definitely pursue another if available. Any time I've worn it, I find myself sniffing my wrist constantly. Super addictive fragrance--one of the best I've smelled this year and a standout in my collection. Blind buy safe? I think so, if you like clean woodsy smells. While again it doesn't smell like BR540, I do think if you like that, you'd probably like this.

I get the BR540 extrait reference because it’s one of my favorites, but it’s really only the one note. If you LIKE br540 then you will probably like this but that doesn’t make them similar whatsoever if that makes sense. ANYWAY that being said. I did not expect to like this as much as I do. The notes are so weird and I’ve never smelled anything like this but it’s maybe going to be one of my new favorites. I definitely get the bergamot and saffron, and musk always becomes really sweet on my skin so it becomes like a citrus woody candy, but I somehow also wouldn’t consider this a citrus fragrance?? I have no idea what’s going on and I’m completely flabbergasted but this is incredible to a point where I hope no one finds out about this one. This is also perfectly unisex because I love girly fragrances, but if I smelled this on a man it would be so good. Edit: After wearing this a few times it became a little cloying and has this one burnt note that I pick up in a few other perfumes similar to this. Still beautiful but I couldn’t wear it more than for a special occasion

Torino 22 has quickly jumped into my top 5 favorite fragrances at the moment. The bergamot/eucalyptus combo with the musk is what does it for me. It’s a pretty unique fruity scent that what I am used to smelling. From what I’ve seen a lot of, people either prefer Torino 21 or 22, not a lot being a big fan of both, and that’s me as well. I would definitely recommend sampling before you buy, as it’s not really a common fruit scent. The juice feels a little thicker on my skin , almost more jel like if that makes sense. I get good performance from it (8-10 hrs), and decent sillage. I don’t wear it too much in the cooler months but it could be pulled off. This fragrance leans a little more masculine to me, but I could definitely see women wearing it as well. The price I would say is pretty fair if you buy from a discounter. Xerjoff in my opinion, has the best presentation in the game, I just wish they made this fragrance in 100ml. Scent: 9.4/10 Performance: 8.510 Presentation: 9.7/10 Xerjoff Torino 22: 9.2/10

Just when I thought that nothing could top Torino 21, the addition of Torino 22 to my collection proved me how wrong I was! And unlike Torino 21, Torino 22 has a herbal, tea, minty sweetness that I wasn’t expecting judging by the notes. And not to mention how versatile Torino 22 is! It’s all in the same time: aromatic and green, minty/camphorous and fresh, woody and sweet. And super long lasting with strong projection for the first few hours after spraying! As it dries down, I can see the similarities between Torino 21 and BR540, like many people pointed out here, but the opening couldn’t be more different! It’s quite an atypical scent, but manages to capture the wearer heart instantly. It’s an enticing scent that doesn’t get enough attention! Torino 21 is the undeniable star of the Torino collection, but I think that Xerjoff might have created some other amazing perfumes in his collection! This scent it’s so good! It’s remarkable even though it’s familiar...

Top Five! I mostly smell the Guaiac here; however, I’m overly sensitive, and I can pick it out, and it pulls me in like a magnet; however, I don’t think many people would agree with me, because this is SO much more than Guaiac, and the average person would definitely NOT be like: that smells like Guaiac Wood... However, for me, the Guaiac is what sets this apart and makes it wonderful to me. You might fall over after reading this, because the following scent profile is EXPENSIVE, but it really LEVELS this up more: I first layer two sprays of Molecule 01 + Guaiac, to the back of my neck/behind my ears area. Let it dry a few and then I apply the Torino 22. Magic. Never more than five sprays total. Tornino 21, overall, is better suited to my nose; however, this stuff is Magic, Magical, and I wear it a couple to a few days a week (sans hot summer days/nights) and never regret it.

I love this fragrance, I only have the 2 ml sample for now but will buy the 50 ml soon enough. As a beginner to fragrances, at first I was not a huge fan of it... However it still left me curious about the scent, I came back to it then ended up constantly coming back to it until I fell absolutely in love with it. The scent is addictive and the more you smell it the more you like it... At least within my experience for it. It has a really unique smell to it, fresh yet spicy, sort of menthol like but extremely smooth to where it does not bother you at all. It's a dense smell and its bright yet complex and mysterious. I can't put my tongue to to it which is the best way I can put it. Though, I can say that not everybody will like this scent. Still will not stop me from buying this scent. This fragrance has opened the world of niche to me.

Opening is very zingy, very bergamot forward, or like more yuzu to me. Mate and dry wood dominate, but it remains airy, sporty and pleasant thanks to the eucalyptus and citrus. Earthy, warm without being rounded. Saffron plus the woods give this almost the quality of some delicious food being cooked or smoked. It's definitely a signature scent, but I think it's very versatile; I can see it fitting an outdoors-man as well as someone who likes to dress up and have a nice night out. I think it's sophisticated without being obnoxious, just effortlessly cool. I enjoy it a lot. Edit: I have to come back and hype this some more. It's delicious. The first impression still stands, but I can't stress enough that this is heavenly and is really a standout fragrance. It makes a guy smell edible, it's so good.

Im with the herd on this one. It's a male version of BR 540 and I'm 100% here for it. I've waited forever to get a bottle of the DNA because it always felt too feminine on my skin. I've tried several clones and interpretations and only a few scrated the itch. I bought a bottle of Electimus Trajan and loved it until I noticed it smelled like peppermint paddy for the first few hours then I sold it. It also played peak-a-boo too much for my liking. The one that suited me the most was parfums vintage Sunset Extreme but I felt its was overpriced for what it offered. I think this is the most balanced twist on the DNA between, quality, performance, and masculinity. The drawback is it's only offered in 50ml. After several hours of wear, I ordered a bottle. On discounters, I think the price is fair.

Love this so much, very underrated, people always talk about torino 21 but no one mentions 22. Torino 22 is a fresh woody fragrance, that smells really cozy and sweet as it dries. Unisex but leans more masculine, and amazing performance, it lasts over 8 hours for me with really good projection. Extremely versatile, can be used at any occasion. My mom hates my niche fragrances (she gagged when I showed her orto parisi), but she loves this one, this is her favorite from my whole collection, it's safe to say that this is mass appealing, I got a lot of compliments from it. My second favorite xerjoff (after erba gold), and my third favorite of all time (after erba gold and pdm greenley) 10/10 fresh sweet woody fragrance, versatile, amazing performance, mass appealing, underrated

Very complex and unique, yet very appealing. This smells like nothing I've ever smelled before and I have dozens of fragrances in my collection. After reading the reviews that it smells like BR540, I can't really see a resemblance at all quite honestly. To dumb it down, I have to say that this is a very unique fragrance that is both fresh and sweet at the same time that's suitable for any occasion. I say that because I can't find a time or place where I wouldn't want to wear this. This is surprisingly mass appealing yet unlike anything else. It's a scent that will be always be associated with you whenever someone smells it, and that's always my goal when buying a fragrance. For that reason, I give it a 10/10 for its uniqueness and wearability.

to my nose: Y'all are wild for saying this smells like BR540, I get its candy sweet at times but this smells nothing like BR540. I swear if a fragrance has Saffron Y'all start bugging comparing it to BR540, It's the same as if any fragrance has pineapple people start comparing it to Aventus. like come on man!.... The pinnacle of perfumery isn't BR540 or Aventus Sorry for the rant, This opens with a nice Citrusy Tea opening with a bit of sweetness and warmth in the background, then dries down to one of the best drydowns I've smelled on a fresh fragrance. To me, this is a perfect Office fragrance because you will get all 8 hours of longevity and it stays strong for a good 4+ hours. if you can find this for a good price this is a hidden gem

This fragrance gives me VERY similar vibes to Rehab by Initio, just fresher and not creamy. The eucalyptus is very prominent in the opening. It dries down as a dark, non offensive, medicinal woody scent which is quite pleasant. This fragrance is easy to dress up or dress down. I would wear this spring, summer or fall at nighttime specifically. It is unique enough to not be redundant in larger collections, but still mass appealing and versatile. Performance is above average. Not blind buy safe, try a sample first. Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely be buying full a bottle. This is some good juice. 9/10 Also, this fragrance only slightly reminds me of BR540 for the first couple minutes. After that it does its own thing.

I blind bought this one. Oh boy, the price point was a little scary for a blind buy. But it did not disappoint at all, easily the most unique scent ive ever smelled. I cant pinpoint at all what it smells like, all I know is this smells so good and uplifting and inviting. Smells like When I wear it I spray it 4 times and I smell it until the next day EASILY 28 hours for me and the next morning I smell it very clearly, I smell it on all of my clothes it does not go away no matter how many times I wash them. Fortunately it is not a bad thing which with how good it smells, its like im always layering it. 100% worth the money if you have it. Best xerjoff imo 10/10 scent Blind buy safe

Torino 22.... Lemme cut it short l. If you want to smell like lemonade poured on a book, get this. 12/10 masterpiece. It’s almost as if I’m not wearing a fragrance when I have this on because it doesn’t have that alcohol smell. Idk call me crazy but it legit smells like lemonade poured over a book. I can overspray this with confidence knowing that this wouldn’t offend a soul. Doesn’t even smell like a fragrance. AWESOME PERFUMERY!!! Side note: I received a compliment from a DUDE (I normally get compliments from women) and he even knew what I was wearing because he said he has it himself not even 2 minutes after purchasing it.

It does have that medicinal sweetness akin to BR540 but far more restrained. Not nearly as sharp or piercing. The mate, eucalyptus and other notes give a soft green slight earthiness to balance the sweetness. The notes blend well and nothing really sticks out. This didn't really wow me like Tony Iommi but it has a sneaky addictive quality to it. I've a weirdo so I spray my chest and undershirt and I find myself sticking my nose under my shirt and inhaling deeply. This fragrance is fairly sweet so I only use two sprays and projection is very good while longevity is excellent lasting well into the night.

Wow. Torino 22 is a masterpiece and is overlooked by almost everybody. It serves as a breathe of fresh air compared to many other releases from xerjoff aswell as other niche house. Its different but in a very good way. Lasts a solid 8 hours and projects quite well. It is quite complex and I can guarantee you havent smelt anything like it. I personally dont see many similarities with baccarat extrait but I can understand it slightly. Very masculine scent aswell, not sure how people are finding it feminine. Overall, this is a MASTERPIECE from the house of xerjoff, 10/10.

I waited quite a while before purchasing Torino 22, and I don’t regret it. I adore the scent profile of this perfume, and I’m especially entranced by the Máté note. Unfortunately, my major gripe is that the fragrance doesn’t last very long on me. While it’s decipherable in the first 30 minutes to 1 hour, it quickly becomes a skin scent that most cannot pick up. It disappoints me because Torino 22 is actually such a beautiful fragrance... I’ve noticed that many users here have reported the scent being “long lasting”; it’s just not my personal experience.

I adore this. This to me is a special occasion fragrance that makes you feel particuarly elegant and rich. There's a Crown Casino in Sydney, Australia, which gives off a rich elegance (at least for me - given I spent my time there when they didn't actually have a gambling license), and has a similar scent that permeates throughout it. I'm guessing they're also using a saffron based fragrance, but it just reminds me of that a lot. Does give slight hints of BR 540 (which I don't love) as well, likely also from the saffron, but T22 is done so well.

Lots of baccarat rouge comparisons in the comments here! You can’t spend more than a couple of hours in any major city without getting a whiff of that dna, but Torino 22 is different. It’s better. It’s so much better. Way more versatile, unique, more complex and absolutely beautiful in the dry down. Much more unisex - BR is very feminine to my nose and cloying with sweetness. Torino 22 does not have that, it is just a refined master fragrance. Gotta be one of the most seductive fragrances out there. If you want to smell amazing then wear this.

Really nice woody, aromatic fragrance! Im picky what comes to unisex fragrances but in this case, even tho it leans littlebit on the masculine side, i quite enjoy wearing this! It doesnt pull too masculine on my skin. Its sweet and herbal. Like one reviewer said, its difficult to say how exactly does it smell like. T22 is deep and woody but at the same time its refreshing. I found this at good price, so i had to give it a change! No regrets. I actually got influenced by Demi Rawling with this one. I really trust her nose with perfumes.

To me, Torino 22 is, on the one hand, a darker / creamier development of Torino 21 (which is very bright, synthetic-citrusy but oddly pleasing) and, on the other hand, a brighter, greener version of 40 Knots from the same collection by Xerjoff. I own and really like both (40 Knots and T22), and enjoy them, but especially T22, on the warm spring and summer days. 40 Knots is a bit saltier and "dressed up," Torino 22 is almost like the same person in colorful casual summer clothes (but could also quickly change into a summer suit).

This is a beautiful fragrance. It gives a soft woody fruity tea. The scent is calming. That being said, for me it is the most intimate skin scent with a very small personal bubble sillage. When the wind blows just right you can get an occasional whiff of yourself and those times are amazing and leave you wanting more. If i smell my wrist I can pick up the scent but only if my nose is almost touching my skin. I want this to be my daily because I enjoy the smell but I am hoping that the performance will improve with masceration.

This is beautiful, amazing perfumery. Presentation is top notch. the eucalyptus in T22 gives a bit fresher/minty touch at the top makes it effervescent and transparent similar to how BR540 disappears when you dig your nose into it, only to be slapped by the sillage when you move around. I give this a 8/10 over all. Edit: just gave this a full wearing and the silage is everywhere so many compliments in one day that’s it’s crazy. This is a Masterpiece, I have to give it a 9/10.

Also, words of advice. . . Don't go to the dept store and sniff directly from the atomizer and put it down and make your judgement. Don't spray on your hand and decide you don't like it after 5 mins and wash it off. Although the opening is good, this thing really transitions after 30 or so mins and when that sweetness and woods start coming out, that's where the real magic happens! This thing just gets better and better into the drydown!

Such a unique scent. Smells slightly similar to BR540 due to the shared saffron note but this one is alot better in my opinion. It’s versatile and can be used any season but I think it’s a bit too cloying for a hot summer day. Get alot of compliments whenever I wear this one and get told I smell unique especially from women. This was my first Xerjoff pickup and for now, it is my favorite in their house as well.

A good all-rounder. A fresh aromatic opening that is uplifting and almost therapeutic. I sprayed Torino 21, 22, 23 & 24 and fell in love with Torino22. Came to fragnatica to check the notes and people have compared it to BR540. I have a weird comparison of this one which is to Ambre Superfluide of Les EAUX Primordiales because I sense fir resin and sweet ambers. Although eucalyptus sets this one apart.

I’m honestly speechless. This is one of the most incredible Xerjoff creations I’ve ever worn, and an absolute pleasure to smell. The Yerba Maté note gives it an unmistakable twist, and it makes the fragrance feel genuinely unique. I’m in love! 😍 I have no idea why Baccarat Rouge 540 is listed as a “similar scent.” To my nose, it’s nothing like this masterpiece, although it’s a beautiful scent itself.

This stuff is insanely strong, i sprayed it on a tester strip and put it on my shirt pocket so i can smell the drydown later, but the smell was too strong and i was in an office space, so i planned to put the strip in the garbage can, but it accidentally fell inside my backpack, and now my backpack smells like it for two days straight. It’s now the morning of day three and i can still smell it.

Very interesting and standout, all year rounder. I prefer it to the other torinos as more interesting imo. The eucalyptus makes it more interesting. I get almost spearminty type freshness from it . Can wear it anytime of day, and any season other than height of summer imo as a bit too sweet for that. Perfectly unisex, and will make you standout from the crowd (looking at you LV)

The most versatile perfume I ever owned. Suitable to wear day, night, office, date everywhere. It was a blind buy for me and I do not regret it at all. It gives a bit of Bacarrat vibe at the beginning but to me they are not similar at all as well as this perfume is a compliment getter and smells unique. Totally can be used by both male and female. Solid 8.5/10

Great addition to the collection. I blind bought this cause I love my husband’s T21. I heard this is more feminine, it’s unisex leaning female in my opinion. Great opening of eucalyptus, which I love. This is a great summer perfume for date night, with a bright, fresh opening to a sexy, woody/musky dry down that still retains some of that initial freshness.

Oh my god this is so good ! I sprayed this on and loved it and literally got 3 compliments on the scent in the first hour. I don’t wear fragrances for others but this one people lost their minds over. The saffron with the bergamot and wood smell woody, sweet, and it has great sillage and projection. I love Torino 21 but this could be an equal

I bought this blind after contemplating for a long time but I love it. It's very interesting, the BR540 comparison holds true for some I show it to, but others don't really pick up the saffron note at all. I personally love the saffron note, and it is balanced out well by the soft woodiness of the scent. Great memorable date night scent.

The best saffron frag I have smelled! Xerjoff has mad a saffron frag that is fresh at the same time. Can wear this anywhere anytime! If you're looking for a summer frag that's not the same ole boring citrus/fruit then this is it!! Amazing frag. Also, this is NOT very similar to BR ext, ppl just smell saffron and go straight to baccarat.

Very unisex but in a masculine way. I wouldn't want my wife wearing this, but I wouldn't mind if my mistress was. I don't have a mistress, but that's how I feel about this fragrance. It's not for a lady in the streets, it's for the freak in the sheets. That being said, I love this and do wear this, but not in the heat of the summer.

It does give baccarat vibes at first, but that quickly fades into something magical. If you hate 540 dont worry, it dosent smell like it. This is truly an all year round fragrance, day and night. If you want to stand out the most, use it in the summer/spring. Scent 8.7/10 Projection 9.5/10 Longevity 10/10 SCORE: 9/10

Criminally underrated. This has that BR540 undertone but it has its own unique scent that isn't comparable to anything else. Versatile, great for spring, summer nights, fall. Opens up with saffron, cozy and warm but at the same time it will dry down to a fresh and cool smell. My most complimented fragrance.

If Torino 21 is a Mojito drink, then 22 is definitely a slightly citrus Sweet Tea fragrance due to the mate (tea note). Dries down slightly sweet / feminine, but I get this being more unisex. This is very slept on. I would highly recommend if you want a very natural and signature vibe.

I really don't wear this enough. I was talking to one of the owners of Olfactory Factory, one of the largest discounters out there, and he named this among his favorites of all time. I think that speaks volumes! See my prior review for my initial thoughts that still hold true today.

My 🐐. The most heavenly, mood enhancing, sweet saffron fragrance I’ve ever come across that is blended so perfectly for a young man. HAD to get a backup bottle for summer because I can’t stop smelling it. My other 50+ fragrances are beginning to collect dust. I love you so much ❤️

This one for me is easily a 10/10. Super versatile, smells amazing and lasts around 10 hours for me. Smelled it first time in my local fragrance shop and couldn't resist myself from buying it. It is a bit pricey but I would definitely say the fragrance justifies the price tag.

Beautiful scent. Aromatic, herbal & woody. Pretty unique, high quality and very smoothly blended. Long lasting and pretty much as versatile as fragrances get. Ticks every box imo. Can currently be found at £115 for 50ml from AllBeauty and I think it’s worth every penny.
