Blush Coffee

I’m impressed with this one. I have tried a couple of fragrances that have notes of coffee and rose and in most cases, the coffee isn’t really there. I’m mainly thinking about Tom Ford’s Café Rose, which is a beautiful fragrance, but I think most people would agree that the coffee note is basically undetectable compared to the rose. In this fragrance, the coffee is the main star, but the rose is definitely very much there as well. Like they describe it, it’s an elegant, delicate fragrance. Very soft, pretty close to the skin as far as projection comes, but still pretty long lasting, I’d say. As far as quality goes, of course I don’t think it would be fair to compare Zara and Tom Ford, but I do feel like when people think about the concept of Cafe Rose, like a coffee and a rose fragrance, Blush Coffee would be it.

If you’re on the fence about this one, i say it’s a safe blind buy. Especially if you already know you enjoy the profile. I didn’t expect to love this as much as i do. I get the velvet in the description but it’s more like suede and cashmere. Smootheeeeeeee. It’s a perfect equal of cafe and rose. Not as heavy as the Tom Form but still very unisex. Much closer to the skin. Of the 4 in this collection, this is my favorite. Which i did not expect. I think i may need a back up of this one. It’s ever so slightly “pink rose soap” while drinking a cafe Misto with powdered vanilla and maybe powdered cocoa. There’s no sweetness here. Super smooth, well rounded...

I really grew to love this collection and ended up buying them all. This was the last one to buy. It was a great discount and that's what pushed me. But on closer inspection this truly is a wonderful perfume. It is very elegant and layerd and it has complexity. It might seem ordinary on the first sniff but when you compare it with some other roses this one is so much milkier, creamier, velvety. It has depth. On clothes it lasts so long and it has expensive dry down, grown up, feminin and sophisticated. I am glad I got it.

i tried this perfume very briefly in the shop yesterday and i loved it. i’m not really a floral girl but it smelt like a perfect blend of florals with sweet coffee. maybe the tester i tried was just macerated, but it lasted SO long on my skin. i went to bed and woke up and i still get a bit of a whiff of it. projection was good too. i was wearing designer perfume yesterday and this perfume lasted longer. i didn’t buy it because i was in a rush and didn’t have any money, but i would totally buy it next time.

I really love it, it smells very elegant.
