Golden Decade Amethyst

I was looking for perfume that is suitable to wore during hot humid days & this is it. Golden Decade Amethyst has that Golden Decade OG DNA but it is tone down a bit, balance with the added sweetness & freshness to make it more refreshing. It's like a lite version of Golden Decade that is sweeter & fresh that is not cloying for hot weather. At the first sprits, there is a strong citrus & jasmine note, but the dry down the sweetness from vanilla, caramel & lily envelopes. The musk gives that freshness to the scent. I wore this and went out to food market under hot weather, after 4 hours I can still smell the perfume on my clothes! Sillage wise is moderate, as expected for fresh scent. Overall this is a non offensive, clean, sweet, fresh perfume that is suitable to wear for casual days/outing. If you cannot stand the prominent lavender in the Golden Decade, give this a try.

I have it on my right hand now. As the others said before, there is nothing left of golden decade / libre. It is pretty much only a nice skin scent. Nothing i would buy.

First impression from smelling it on paper: has nothing to do with the Golden Decade DNA anymore. A fruity musk and lily is what I smell.

If clean girl trend is still in - this is ultimate clean scent. Spray it on your self, spray it in your closet, spray it on bed sheets, spray it on freshly washed folded clothing before putting it away - you will be surprised couple of days later how good it smells. Starts somehow similar to OG but then it gets to clean scent territory, like a laundry detergent but in a good way. You know that feeling - smelling laundry detergent and wishing it was a perfume - well that is it. Apply it after shower before bed, next morning - you wake up smelling fresh and refreshed. Try it :)

It's a nice scent in its own right, but my nose doesn't pick up on the dna of the original, it's almost a stand alone scent rather than a Golden Decade flanker
