Los Angeles 6902 Hollywood Boulevard

This is the brother to the fragrance Fortitude by Robert Graham. Similar scents but the cardamom replace the tonka bean. I like this scent a lot!

Sweeter and more powdery than i expected - the cardamom & iris combo gives a similar kind of vibe to a few popular men's fragrances, along the lines of La Nuit / OG Dior Homme / Givenchy Gentleman / Ombre Leather etc but it's not a direct dupe for any of them, it's more like they're trying to cash in on a style of fragrance than duplicate any one specifically. Opens with a beautiful soft & fresh cardamom which sticks around for most of the wear time, getting a little bit peppery as it warms up and the dark & fruity tobacco and patchouli start to come through. Settling into that typical Zara mens base as it dries down - sweet, fruity, honeyed tobacco plus a hint of an incense-y, slightly irritating patchouli and something resinous that reminds me of cola. Final drydown is very powdery, especially in the (minimal) projection, just a hint of a soft and sweetly powdery cardamom, with a fruity-leathery tobacco and patchouli base. Skin scent after an hour, disappeared completely after two hours. Could be Zara's attempt at an Ombre Leather "dupe" (using the term extremely loosely)? I could be wrong and it's really not that close at all (please don't buy it expecting OL, there's much better dupes out there for a similar price) but of the ones i mentioned above, it's closest to Ombre Leather IMO.

Orange should really be listed as a note on this scent because to me that’s what I get the most of. I adore this fragrance. It’s advertised as a men’s cologne but I think it’s spicy, fresh, and intoxicating in the best way. I like it on me, but I think it would smell heavenly on a man.

Closer to the OG Givenchy Gentleman EDP than Reserve Privée. Finally got the chance to have all 3 on my skin, actually 4 with Unexplored Noir, which is like a sharper, intense version of the GG EDP but never have I ever compared it to Boss The Scent Elixir. Seems like a next stop!

There is a La Nuit Du L’homme vibe to this and I’m guessing is the cardamom. It’s less intense, more private but long lasting creamy and mildly spicy scent. Cheap as hell and so far a great layering scent as background.

Great perfume, with an incredible quality-price ratio. Truly an excellent modern fragrance, sweet, but not cloying, extremely pleasant to smell. For 10.95 euros it's a steal! Highly recommended!
