Charisma Pour Femme

Bought this after falling in love with Carmina by Creed, but not the price tag. Once I got it, I sprayed Carmina on one arm, Charisma on the other. Its damn near identical. It does seem to have more projection as Carmina was def lacking in the longevity and sillage department. I'm truly blown away. The cherry isn't cheap smelling at all, and its the same sweet rose. The base is still lightly peppery and Woody. So mad I spent money on Carmina, but I guess you live and you learn. Ever since I've started buying middle eastern fragrances, I've been blown away at how close they get to 2, 3, 400 dollar fragrances. Yeah, some are cheap and not great, but the majority of what I've bought you cannot tell the difference in scent, or quality. Many of them perform even better than the original perfume. Its really shown me that you're truly paying so much money for a brand. I this economy, I'm not trying to spend all my money on a brand name just for the sake of it. I'd say this is a solid buy for someone who loves Carmina but can't or won't shell out hundreds on a brand name.

After trying it on my wrist, the cherry feels too synthetic to me. I don't know, maybe it's the combination of accords that gives me this feeling, or maybe it's the cherry accord itself. It's a bit reminiscent of Nuha by Khadlaj, but in Nuha the cherry is more balanced and pleasantly boozy. I'll let the perfume macerate. But I don't know if that makes sense, since my bottle was made in 2024, and it's now the end of 2025. By the way, the bottle and packaging design are gorgeous. Edt: after 7 - 8 hours it is still on my wrist, but more soft and sweet cherry.

Absolutely a powdery scent of fresh rose and black cherry. I first like this, however I get more of peppery rose note, rather than a sour cherry. it’s slightly boozy-musky, with a hint of vintage lipstick. The rose here is mature, confident which reminds me of Fétiche La Rose Christian Louboutin by Quentin Bisch which I adore. Has a moderate longevity and sillage. EDT 2026-04-09: I don't recommend buying it blindly. The opening is almost soft and lovely. However, after a while on the skin, the perfume gains strength – the base notes (musk& Olibanum) practically sting the nose, and suffocate. For me, it was too strong.

I usually like ”vintage-smelling-perfumes” but this one did not blend well with my skin (or nose). It toooooo much of an ”old-lady-perfume” even for me. It’s not a bad scent but it just not what I thought it would be. It smells like a old closet with old clothes hanging in it. Powdery and strong. Very long lasting though. Good quality. My mother will appreciate this one more.

I purchased Charmisa after sampling Carmina and I and so impressed. The best blind buy ever. Economically the best purchase.
