King of Seduction Absolute

This is my third review on Antonio Banderas King of Seduction Absolute because it is very different on your skin. It is and a scent that changes the questions when you figures out the answers. For the longest time I thought it wasn't an Invictus clone because it was darker than Invictus is. I didn't figure out King of Seduction until a later Invictus flanker, Invictus Intense. To me, this is stronger and darker than the original like Invictus Intense is. The performance is weird and inconsistent with King of Seduction Absolute. It can last anywhere from 6 to maybe 9 hours on my skin. This is about a workday, this is compared to Invictus' damn near beast mode of 10+ hours. Projection is nice but it isn't Invictus' beast mode at all lasting about two hours moderately. What is consistent is that this works between spring and even fall both day and night though depending To me, the scent of King of Seduction Absolute is much more stronger on the seas scent. Not that it's a bad thing, but it is just a different scent that if you were expecting Invictus. Instead it has some grapefruit upon opening but has pomelo and almond while missing is Invictus' bayleaf. The mid is HEAVY with the sea water scent with some salt and lavender. The base is mostly leather with a slight vetiver. To me, the mid and base is what gives me the Invictus Intense feel in King of Seduction Absolute. I have to give King of Seduction Absolute credit for being a very different scent to the Invictus dupes. There have been a lot to come out around the time of Absolute whether what it is a flanker of King of Seduction, Azarro Wanted Montblanc Legend Spirit, Jimmy Choo Man Intense, Coach for Men, etc. We can all think of many Invictus dupes. This does enough to some what stand out in the pack, even if performance is a problem. For me the performance issues and how Antonio Banderas King of Seduction Absolute is inconsistent is its problem in this overall great scent. I want to rate it 8.5 out of 10 but due to the performance not wanting to dial in, I got to go 8.2 out of 10. I still love King of Seduction Absolute and it stands out to King of Seduction and is a flanker to that with little related to the grandfather flanker (Blue Seduction) but for what it does, there are better options in the Invictus genre out there and that would be the only reason I would not get King of Seduction Absolute again.

Ever since The Secret - Night was discontinued I have been looking for something similar. It had a fresh scent but with a dark herbal, almost woody undertone. It truly was a great smell. Luckily there are plenty of options in the Antonio Banderas house of scents. The first thing you will notice is the aromatic, herbal and citrusy burst. It quickly calms down and you are left with the herbal and woody tones. For what its worth, the smell doesn't last long after 3 hours but repeated use can compensate for that. Plus at $20 a bottle on Ebay you can't really go wrong. This is best used at night, during cool to lukewarm weather. Its not a straight aqua tone so i wouldn't waste it on a summer day in the heat or it would likely fade even faster. Probably great for romantic evenings or a first date impression, anyone who wants a fresh, masculine scent without a heavy musk should go for this one. If this is your first AB fragrance, I recommend The Secret. Its a lighter smell with a pleasant inoffensive tone that will likely garner praise. 8/10

FRESH-CLEAN FRUITY SLIGHTLY DARK-AQUATIC Starts off Fresh-Aquatic with mild bubblegum fruitiness (slightly synthetic); however as it dries the aquaticness remains but it get's a little more mature w/ darker freshness (probably the listed leather, vetiver, & wormwood notes) with the mild bubblegum fruitiness still lingering around; pretty linear fragrance not much depth but has that modern day blue/bleu aquatic "mass appeal". *definitely very similar smell to invictus (with aquatic-bubblegum like vibe) but not as bold nor same quality as invictus Projection/Sillage: GOOD; it's not a projection monster, but it's aromatic and definitely noticeable when initially sprayed for the first 2-3 hours then remains an in-close fragrance. Performance/Longevity: GREAT; will last on avg about 6-8 hours (double that on clothes).

This has nothing in common with Invictus. OK now, I'm a bit biased cause I love leathery fragrances and this one really clicked with me. Actually I find AB fragrances clicking with me (ok 2 of them actually, this one and Mediterraneo)So the smell is pretty nice, goes for almost all seasons and occasions. It's a cheapie but I really do think that it is a bang for the buck. It has pretty decent longevity, I sprayed myself at about 3PM, now it is 2AM and if I rub my neck I can smell it on my hand. Projectionwise, it projects for 2 to 3 hours. And btw I burn fragrances pretty fast so I think that the performance is pretty much ok

The color of bottle is really match with the scent. It's dark blue. It is similar to invictus but less sweet and more mature. I really like it. Has a very lovely scent with good price. and good projection and longevity. If you like invictus so go for it.

not GREAT projection and longevity but the smell is crazy good aquatic and sweet plus sexy for beach days for my first perfume it was a great experience

this is a great perfume. extremely long lasting and strong. smells like invictus. my favorite perfume.

Masculine, citrusy and decent silllage. Great for summer, 4.4/5 as my first fragrance, recommend it.

My favorite of the entire Seduction line ♥ King of Seduction ABSLUTE ♥ has NO similarity to any Blue Seduction. It is a straight PB INVICTUS clone but less sweet. Its has very good Projection, good Silage, with a very good 5~6 hours longevity. The longest of the Seduction I've owned. *********************************** Best Invictus Clone, but less sweet *********************************** Do not smell like INVICTUS Intense Smell like INVICTUS (original) but less sweet Share 2016 INVICTUS AQUA Vibe, but less aquatic. I would say KoS Absolute lies somewhere between 2016 Invictus Aqua and 2015 Invictus original.

King of Seduction by AB is good. As with most of the AB fragrances I've tried, performance is dismal, but it smells nice. KOS, in my opinion, deserves the hype that Blue Seduction gets. King of Seduction has a youthful, bright opening without steering into childish territory, and is appropriate for professional settings. The fragrance is consistent, and I personally don't get any leather or oakmoss as listed in the base notes. I wish it projected more off of skin; however, at the price point, I might be asking for too much. Overall, a nice fragrance to have in your wardrobe but nothing extravagant or "seductive".

It's a fresh and clean fragrance, but subtle. Grapefruit, pomelo and salty marine notes. I can feel a bit of sweetness, maybe it's the green almond. It goes the way of Invictus but it's different, it doesn't have that bubblegum sweetness. It lasts 3 hours on my skin. It fades very quickly. The projection is close to the skin. I prefer Absolute more than the original King of Seduction. The 200ml bottle is fine for daily use and hot weather, I recommend getting a refillable travel decant for reapplying. Batch code 202111.

Perfect price, bang for your bucks. It is fresh and clean, with some of the invictus bubblegum vibes going on at the background. It is less sweet compared to Invictus and there are some boozy, leathery, woody backtones throuhgout the scent. I wish this would be an EDP, tho. Performance sadly lacks but frequently spraying or overspraying works. Anywhere, anytime, masculine aquatic.

You want to smell clean but not sharp - you spray this on. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a statement maker but King of Seduction Absolute is a very memorable fragrance in spite of being an aquatic freshie, still, it's a casual wear but not very boring, toned down more like and not without body. Overall I think "nice" is a good way to describe it.

It's a very pleasant masculine scent with a very harsh and loud opening. After half an hour or so it calms down until the end, about 3-4 hours later. Moderate projection and longevity. I like it but it's not enough to buy a bottle. I didn't found it like Invictus which I hate and it's completely different from Bleu de Chanel edt. I have both.

Perfect teenager fragrance. In a classroom its very nice, sometimes i could smell it on myself too. I got some compliments with it. It smells very clean and fresh and good for it’s price. The cap is very cheap and the bottle can get a little nasty fast but it’s good ig. I’d say its a 7/10

It's similar to Invictus legend, not the regular Invictus. I recently got Lattafa Hayaati and Maison Alhambra Victorioso Myth, and I can tell King of Seduction is more similar to Victorioso Myth, which is an Invictus Legend inspiration.

Smells like paco Rabanne Invictus, with less sillage and longativity. Pure casual wear , recommended for work and morning casual outing. Age : teenagers and late 20s

My boyfriend loves it! I gave it to him as a present and it's his signature for this summer.It's smells so marine and fresh, plus it has a lovely sillage.

Its smells good and is nice for everyday use, but it's langsting really short. I would say its really budget friendly marine eau de toilette.

King of Seduction Absolute - Fierce - Mont Blanc Legend - Bentley Azure - Davidoff Champion, all with similar sharp edgy vibe.
