Wicked For Good – Glinda Bubbly Pink

sugary and slightly watery on me? quite literally bubbly and jelly like. addictive and sweet scent, i can’t stop smelling myself when i wear this. similar to mod blush! the sugariness also reminds me of snow fairy from lush. bubbly pink has a slightly spiced/smoky scent on my skin. it’s like someone added a watery fresh note with some sugar & spice to mod blush. super pretty and feminine, definitely an easy reach! i would say you don’t need both mod blush and bubbly pink unless you’re a collector of ariana’s perfumes (i’ve never watched wicked but i am a sucker for AG perfumes). lasts 4ish hours before fading into sweet nothingness, might have to overspray this one to get better longevity. i was confused when i first bought this. i thought the cap was broken lol, but it’s hollow like a ring. soo cute though, looks like glinda's crown!! the bottle is simple and compact compared to most of the ariana grande perfume bottles. i do like bubbly pink a lot! its a tad more elegant than mod blush, but mod blush has better longevity which is a big plus for me. i would rate this above mod blush... if the longevity was better. safe and light enough to wear year round in any setting, and would be a lovely signature scent.

I tried this and the new rem cherry eclipse. I opted for this over rem cherry. People say this is like mod blush/her other fragrances but I disagree. Mod blush smells like nothing to my nose, and I love and own mod Vanilla, but this is not that. This is summery, or fresh and super girly. And she LASTS.. i washed my hand at least 10 times and I can still smell her after 7 hours. But she is very intimate. She wont project a Perfume trail, but you Will smell good, and clean and girly without people assuming its your perfume. But the perfume doesnt smell in a typical lotiony vibe, its more of a fresh and watery almost “smells good without trying” scent. brother also liked this one better, and gave it an 8/10. But if you want a fragrance that Will project or is super unique, this probably wont be for you. Most of her fragrances are very alike, as they all kind of just smell girly, not very special. And like most of the other, this is super simple and somewhat boring. This is an easy reach Perfume, or for people looking for a simple scent girly scent that wont choke people out.

Wow, what a lovely perfume. Sweet, feminine, and instantly uplifting from the first spray. This feels perfect for spring days, frolicking in a field, going on cute daytime dates, or just wanting to feel pretty and happy. It’s fresh, romantic, and unapologetically girlie. My fiancé bought this for me for Christmas and was very proud of himself. He read the notes and thought I’d love it, and he was absolutely right. Is it groundbreaking? No, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s a beautiful, bubble-gum, cheerful scent that does exactly what it sets out to do. You get delicious ripe apple, juicy nectarine, cool watery peony, and a soft touch of sandalwood underneath. It really does feel like happiness in a bottle. It does lean slightly shampoo-like, but I don’t mind that at all. I really enjoy wearing this one, and of course, it got a 10 out of 10 from him.

This is such a cute, girly and sparkly scent. Very inoffensive and comforting. I’m definitely detecting a bubblegum undercurrent but it really is mostly fruit forward without going down the B&B body spray route. Not cloying, syrupy or synthetic at all. On my skin it also turns pleasantly powdery. It doesn’t smell anything like Mod Blush imo. Genuinely disliked Mod Blush. It leans more on the muskier side, while Glinda Bubbly Pink is just effervescent sweetness. If anything, it can be compared to YSL Mon Paris. Don’t let the kids perfume section bottle design scare you off! This is genuinely a good pick if you like soft fruity scents.

Update: This layers wonderfully with the Elphaba perfume. I wore the 2 of them together and got a compliment several couple hours after application. Definitely recommend layering them together if you have both! This starts off smelling like a clean and sweet laundry scent, and then settles into a sweet fruity-floral bubblegum-like scent. I can see the mod blush comparisons, but this one doesn’t have the sharpness that mod blush has. I ended up picking buying this one. The bottle is also stunning gorgeous!

It's downright addictive at first spray with so much juicy, crisp, sweet fruit. I get red apple with a touch of nectarine and some fresh peony. In the middle somewhere it becomes a little creamy, reminding me of apple cobbler with hints of warm baking spices and vanilla ice cream. As someone else suggested, they really compliment each other when worn together. I might need to own these 🤔 They're just straight up fun and yummy.

I'm not getting the resemblance with mod blush...it's very fresh, sparkly, girly pink sweet perfume in a super cute pink bottle! I like it! I over sprayed in my hoodie and oh what a lovely perfume! I enjoyed it and layered it with another gourmand perfume at ulta and oh it's super divine! The green one smells exactly like mod vanilla like 100% mod vanilla in a dark green bottle.

I got the .33 oz tester and I loved it so much I had to buy a full size! This perfume is very feminine and light. I don't really smell the fruity tones, it's more fresh. It's definitely a strong and unique scent, I'd say it would be very difficult to be indifferent, you either love it or hate it. I for sure love it but it took a bit getting used to.

It smells sweet when first applied. But over time, it smells like a subtle flower, and it's not constantly sweet thanks to woody and musk scents. Just like Wicked's Glinda isn't just a bubbly kid. this perfume is the definition of playful, pink, and feminine! I totally understand the comparisons to mod blush, but I would say that mod blush has a more bold and mature scent mixed into it, while glinda's perfume leans more into a childlike and fresh one. I am very pleased with this perfume and will be using it ʚ(◜𖥦◝ )ɞ

i'm actually kind of obsessed with this perfume. like a fizzy&bubbly clean&fresh sweet red apple. there's floral notes in there that kind of threw me off when i first used this perfume but i think it deepens the scent & i love it (: For some reason on the dry down i kind of pick up on a soft chocolate scent. very pleasant

i've got the body mist of this from Walmart and it smells soooo good it's identical to mod blush with just a little more apple and peach in it. just know it's that scent profile before you smell it. hoping she makes this permanent in her line perhaps in another bottle

Got it today - ughh so GOOD. The bottle is everything so cute and so Glinda coded It smells very sweet & powdery with a little hints of musk & spice. Not sure what it reminds me of but I feel like I smelt very similiar perfumes before. Strong 9 out of 10

Big fan of this, its everything you expect Glinda to smell like. I dont get grandma florals at all from this one like i was scared of- its very young and flirty and so sugary sweet. Layered it with Vanilla dew by kylie and got many compliments !

Awwwweeee this is very good!!!! Very reminiscent of Mod Blush and I was thinking of layering them, a little fruiter fresher note here 😄😄

The comparison to Mod Blush is basically undeniable. However, the differences make a big positive change here for me. Mod Blush can turn sour on me (mostly due to the raspberry and passionfruit notes) while the rose and magnolia notes are my least favorite floral notes. Glinda Bubbly Pink definitely feels more mass appealing and easier to wear. The fruity notes are sweeter, the florals are lighter, and the bottle is less of a pain. It overall reminds me of a bubble bath with flower petals and overall I feel fresher after putting it on. As someone who never gravitates toward florals; this was admittedly more of a collector’s buy, but it’s an easy recommendation on a casual level. There is little reason to purchase if Mod Blush is already on your rotation and you don’t care about the Wicked branding, but it’s a nice addition that smells as expensive as other current popular florals on the market (Burberry Her, Good Girl Blush, etc).

This is interesting to me ... i don't really know if i will describe it correctly, to my nose it smells like a water splashed apple on top of a perfectly soapy-clean board of white wood that later is accompanied by recently pick peonies with toasted/burn marshmallows on the side. In its vibe turns out definitely girly but not naive, more so put together in character and also with something..... formal ? .. academic ? ... dare i say it because if you really pause to smell it, the cedar gives me this tinge of the sent from the pages of a new book, (specifically those that use the grainy, uncoated paper for their pages) not fully what one would expect from Glinda but very pretty... over all i think if i had to put it in simple words how i picture this sent i probably use the next specific lyrics from " I ́m not that girl " : "Blithe smile, lithe limb" "She who's winsome " "hair with a gentle curl " .... that would be this girl.

Thoughts: Girlie, fun, slightly floral, mildly fruity, dryer sheets, youthful, pretty and sweet. Touch of musk rounds this out nicely in my opinion. But let's be real, I bought it for the packaging alone. This bottle is SO CUTE. The scent is basic, but a safe blind buy. The cost is crazy for the juice alone, but for the exclusivity of it's limited release and the bottle, that is what you are really paying for. The scent is giving Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, Brittney Spears' perfume line, whatever pink girly smell this is evoking in your memory For Good Glinda is probably going to be in that realm. Even though it would have been nice to get a more unique scent, I am kind of happy it is a safe blind buy (because a lot of girls, including myself, like this) and I probably wont reach for it often, which will keep this pink bubble full and looking great on my shelf.

I had to have this as a Wicked fan! I ordered both Bubbly Pink and Enchanted Elphaba as blind-buys. Bubbly Pink is easy, lighthearted, and cute. It would make a great gift for a Wicked/Glinda fan, and is a safe blind-buy. I did not end up keeping it though, as it is so similar to a body spray from Pink, circa 2010. Specifically, the "Victoria's Secret Pink 'With A Splash - Fresh and Clean' All Over Body Mist." You know, the one on the hot pink rectangular plastic bottle with a light blue lid. This evoked middle school memories that I am not interested in reminiscing over. Also, $72 for a scent that is similar in my memory was not worth it to me. But I think it is a really pleasant smell that is fun to wear and can only imagine how fun it would be to wear it to theaters for the movie!

Oh the nectarine and red apple are really prominent in this. The pink pepper is only slight imo, just enough to not make this a simple fruity perfume. Smells beautifully fruity!!! I expected a candy scent for Glinda, like Snow Fairy, but this works much better than I expected. I just wish the bottle wasn’t so simple :( it’s pretty don’t get me wrong but there’s so much they could’ve done with Glinda’s bubble. For the price tag it stings a little. I get the Mod Blush comparisons by the way, but I don’t like Mod Blush and reaaaaally like this one. It’s like the better version lol

i like this fragrance! i don't know what mod blush smells like, so i can't speak on the comparison. to me, this has a bit of a waxy edge, in a way that reminds me of writing by candlelight. but, if you had just taken a bath with rose petals, apples and sugar. it feels a bit other-worldly, like an ozian interpretation of 'pink perfume'. i genuinely find this to be unique in ari's line! if i HAD to compare it to something, i'd say it's a red, waxy and dry version of be delicious by dkny (which reads as very green and humid to me).

I have loved Ariana since middle school and i’m also a die-hard Wicked fan, but we need to be so for real now. The Glinda perfume smells almost exactly like Mod Blush and the Elphaba one smells exactly like Mod Vanilla. Glinda has a added vanilla note and Elphaba an oud note, but it’s so very faint. For me they are honestly more like collector’s items and for that reason i am happy to have them.

This is a VERY strong and sweet perfume. There is not really a distinct scent but more like a huge mixture. If I HAD to pick a note, I’d honestly say bubble gum mixed with florals. I wouldn’t wear this everyday in fear of giving myself and others an intense headache but overall it is a nice perfume that does capture the overly sweet essence of Glinda the Good.

I have had this perfume for a few months now, and it is my favourite fresh scent that I have!! BUT it does not last long, and I feel like I have to respray it too often. It is very soft, floral and has a tiny bit of sweetness to it. Very safe blind purchase.

Very fruity, like an apple shampoo, kind of. I also get something plasticky that I would dare to say comes from the tulip?Not as much of a peony, at least not compared to the peony that I'm used to. Performance is surprisingly good, honestly.

It’s just ok. Very sweet, somewhat strong. Seems like a lot of unnecessary ingredients. It’s a cloud of I don’t know what. I feel like a very intense fairy, the one that wants to be super pink and she’s just very mean to everyone.

It’s a standard fruity perfume. Nothing to write home about and it’s unremarkable. But it does last and is a very safe purchase.

Luckily I got this on sale at Ulta for $62.99. It smells wonderful. Like a bubbly sweet fruit basket. You will have to layer it in order for the scent to stay on your skin. It layers good with Valentino Voce Viva if you want the scent to somewhat last. I don’t think it’s worth $72 bucks more like $30. Save your money and get the dual mini fragrances from Wicked or smell the body spray of this perfume at Walmart. More alcohol smell of course but the dry down smells like a light version of the perfume.

This arrived today. B. O. R. I. N. G. $72. Should be $39.99. Snore. Cute. But so boring. Smells like. Tease. Bombshell. And a bit of mod blush. Adorable bottle. If you’re a pure collector and don’t care if it’s smelling good or not. Then knock yourself out. Not a BAD smell. But so boring. I’m sick of peony. It’s an awful note. They all smell alike anything with peony. I’d rather this been more apple. Plus. Cedar wood and sandalwood do NOT work on my skin. So. She’s going back to ULTA.

I had high hopes for this fragrance because Ariana Grande really just makes stellar fragrances in my opinion, but this is honestly a less appealing version of Fantasy by Britney Spears. Had she added the chocolate note it would have been a complete rip off. But the bottle is gorgeous.

The younger sister of Mod Blush. Floral, fruity and fresh - a perfect fragrance for spring and summer. Although it’s marketed as unisex, this is a very feminine fragrance to my nose.

This smells a lot like Mod Blush. Starts off very fake peony and fruity accord. Dries down to sugar petals on a synthetic woody base.

i sprayed this on for prom (as it was wicked themed) and i got so sick of the smell. it lasted all night (a plus) but it started to just smelled like someone put multiple air freshener scents into one bucket and left it in a small room. like it for Glinda, but i would probably never put it on again.

on my skin its exactly like mod blush but with a hint of air freshener :/ ... I was going to buy it just for the bottle and Glinda marketing but I didn’t think it was worth it. I think something more floral and less musky/soapy would’ve been so beautiful

It's fine. For the sake of transparency, I don't own this and just tried this and a few others in Boots, so I haven't been able to give it a proper wear test and let my nose fully get to know it like I would have at home. I see what people mean by it being similar to Mod Blush but there was something slightly different about that one for me. It was more airy and powdery. This is more fruity in a bubbly way. It's hard to explain tbh. Fruity, girly, youthful etc but something you would expect from a So? body spray or something. No way I'd pay full price for it but it's nice enough. I'd definitely use it if I was gifted it but it's a summer scent for me. I totally thought it was one of the Britney Spears Fantasy line at first when I saw the bottle.

Straight up smells like a bag of candy, like walking into a brand new "pick n mix" shop. Very sweet, Very girly, very youthful. Doesn't seem to last a while though. Wife sprayed her wrist around 10am and by 2pm it was very subtle. Projection isn't the best unless you over-spray. Probably good for a date night perfume, theres better if you want to get noticed.

Mod Blush basically rebottled in a cutesy bottle 👑 Elphaba is a better scent even tho they could have done ALOT more creativity wise with the Elphaba cap. Elfie deserved better! Its basically do you care more about the bottle or the juice inside if you're deciding between both? Both overpriced for what they are tho- $40-ish level imo, not $79

Every single time a new fragrance is listed the 'reminds me of' section is full of random scents that usually are all the same designer or have some kind of curse word or slur for the name( not every time but a lot). It's past being ridiculous...especially when the scents haven't been released yet.

Very cute bottle. Smells soapy and a touch fruity. Someone below said it's boring (in all caps) and I have to agree. All Ariana's perfumes smell like amalgamations of one another or dupes of other scents. I'd love to get something totally original. It's fine. Reminds me of Bombshell Glamour.
