It's like the movie isn't opening, your life is. It captures that feeling when you wake up in the morning to a gorgeous, fine day. When you want to smile and beam at everyone and make friends. When you have a spring in your step and filled with boundless joy. You want to be Maria, with her infectious innocence. This has become one of my favorites, ever, for capturing that beauty. Beautiful green apple and pear give that bright, jolting splash that is never synthetic. Lucious ,sweet, tart, radiant feminity that doesn't skimp on beauty. It smells so stunning on me and there is never a day that I wear it that I'm not complimented on. Or that I don't get reminded of the character Maria. I think this what she would wear if she wore perfume. It's sweet and cheerful in a natural, clean way, never annoying or cloying. By the by, DKNY Delicious smells too much like a generic room spray when worn on me. It leaves a mothy, chemical drydown. This ends in a creamy yet juicy floral.

I have the body mist version of this beautiful scent. This perfume is just a stronger version of the body mist yet they are exactly alike. I love this scent (my favourite out of all the scents in BBW) and I love the fruity, sweet and apple scent. I always indulge in this mist and I have about 3 backups for it. I have a travel size (currently using), a back up for the travel size and two full sizes that have not been touched. You can tell how much I love it! The only downfall is that it does not last long at all.... Maybe about an hour or less which kind of sucks because I enjoy this perfume a lot. I only have the body mist..... Does anyone know if the perfume lasts longer than the body mist? Let me know!

I have the shower gel, lotion, and body spray of this that I layer together (that's how I do BBW). To me, this is what happiness smells like. It smells exactly like the picture on the packaging. The fruity notes shine here. The Apple and pear notes are so sunny and yummy. Done wrong these notes could have been overpowering and synthetic but after the initial fruity blast the acquatic florals show up and compliment the fruit notes so well and makes them juicier. Reminds me of being in a fruit orchard after a rain. Another cool thing I discovered is that the lotion really pairs well with J'adore. Pairing them really plays up the pear note in J'adore.

A Bath and Body Works classic! This is a crisp, fresh, juicy, granny smith apple 🍏 with a little floral 💐. It's a such a clean, uplifting fragrance for the spring and summer months that is just a mood-booster! I always remember the very first time I wore it to work back in 2013 when it originally released a male co-worker caught a whiff of it when he passed by my office and commented how "Beautiful" it smelled in the room.😊 It is most similar to DKNY Be Delicious, but I feel that perfume is not as fruity-forward and less sweet. I still have and wear the B&BW eau de toilette which is discontinued but the body spray is just as good.

This is what Be Delicious wished it was. I haven’t found a better Apple perfume. Kayali is jealous of this fragrance. It is Apple forward which is what I want. Not reminiscent of Apple, not Apple skin, not Apple juice, not deconstructed apple. To me this is the edp version of Country Apple. I don’t know why it isn’t still marketed like that. Of course it was discontinued / special edition so the remaining bottles are a pretty penny on the second hand market. I’m wearing it side by side with DKNY and there’s no comparison. Maybe it’s just my nostalgic brain liking the Apple note from B&BW but I stand by it.

One of my absolute faves! I recently bought the EDP from a third party seller, and WOW, it lasts!!! It's such a fruity fresh fun scent. And I can't tell you how many times I've gotten "wow, you smell good!" when I wear this one. It's definitely a "safe" scent as well. My dad is SUPER sensitive to perfumes (give him headaches) and no matter what, I always get "geeeessh, how much perfume do you HAVE ON?!?" With a scrunched face and nose. 🤣 But not with this one! He'll say "you smell nice!" with this one. Definitely fruity, definitely fresh! If BBW ever gets rid of this one, I'll be 🤬! Lol!

A sweeter version of DKNY Be Delicious. I have both fragrances. This is good for a refreshing, cool feeling. It's a yummy green apple, with a little bit of floral. I always get compliments on this. It's very clean, and shampoo smelling. The body cream in this is really lovely, too. Apple is good for all seasons, as it's just as appropriate in autumn, as spring. This would also make a great gift set to give to someone, with shower gel, mists, and cream. Has great sillage, and decent longevity.

This is indisputably a Bath & Body Works classic. Probably one that people would associate with teenage girls, but maybe for a good reason, because this is an innocent, youthful, and pretty scent. I wore this every spring in high school until I started taking fragrance a little more seriously in college, however I still spray it on my clothes sometimes for the nostalgia. The body spray performs surprisingly good and it’s a great booster for any fruity or floral perfumes you might have.

I first smelled this in high school when a girl was putting the lotion on near me. It smelled HEAVENLY, like a fresh green apple so I took a mental note of the name and got myself a bottle the next time I was at the mall. On me the apple note was the most apparent but the florals were definitely noticeable as well. Very summery and very youthful, maybe a little bit plasticky but I couldn't get enough. I remembered it recently and will definitely be repurchasing for the nostalgia.

I love this fruity floral fragrance. I found it to be something different from bath and body works. Beautiful day sort of reminds me of Victoria's Secret, Pear Glace. I can smell the apple and tons of pear on the first spray. I also get a hint of chamomile and the pink peony once it settles. I see some compare it to DKNY's Be Delicious because of the apple, but I prefer Beautiful day over the more expensive designer perfume. Hopefully B&BW does not discontinue this fragrance.

Nice fresh fragrance for warmer months. It's a very "quiet" scent against my skin which is perfect for the office. I catch whiffs of it as I walk around but it doesn't affect my co-worker's allergies. After a really clean slightly sweet initial spray, within a half hour it dies down to a combo apple/pear scent with no hint of florals which I love since so many of my perfumes have a floral heart.

The initial spray bothered me, but once it dried down I fell in love!! I love the mix of the apple and the florals that accompany it. It is a very loud fragrance to me, but it has great lasting power. I feel fresh just wearing it!

I really enjoy fragrances that smell like shampoo and this is definitely one of them. If you want to smell like you just washed your hair and fresh and clean this is a great scent to choose. Very sexy day time scent

I love this fragrance - it's a favorite. It's fresh and cooling and a perfect blend of fruit and florals - a breath of fresh air in the southern summer. I just wish it would last on my skin more than 2 seconds.

I wore BD on my wedding day in 2015 and it was the perfect choice. Green apple with the right amount of soft floral. BD is uncomplicated and clean which made the blushing bride I was shine that day. <3

I originally bought this body mist because it reminded me of DKNY Be Delicious. They share similar top notes. My husband says it smells like rotten orchards to him, but I still love this scent.

Received this as a birthday gift from one of my wonderful co-workers! LOVE, LOVE this stuff!! I agree with the other posters who smell the similarity between Beautiful Day and Calyx. :)

A lot like Pear Glace from Vic's Secret except for one note that's a bit sharper. A nice change from all the berries and vanilla at B&BW.

I love wearing this in the spring and fall. I can definitely smell the apple in this perfume. It's very fruity.

Smells unisex to me. It's clean, fresh, with a decent staying power.

Well done BBW! Finally! I was really sick of all the sweet candy, vanilla, gourmandy crap they keep cranking out over there. Haven't loved a scent at BBW since magnolia blossom! I'll admit I do like their scents, they just all seem to be too similar. I've been waiting for a nice floral from them for a long time and although this is a bit sweeter than I'd like, it's very nice! At first spray in the store I was completely turned off, another fruity sweet spray, I thought. So much apple! But within a moment or two I completely turned around on this! The apple mellows out right away and it seems, to me, to be a fresh, sweet apple, not a candy, sweet apple. I'll admit, you REALLY have to like apple to like this one (I smelled the apple throughout, even in dry down) but the beatiful flowers come out on my skin and they are soft and sweet and LOVELY! I am actually impressed! It did remind me a little of DKNY Be Delicious although I do not care for that one, my sister wears it and she smells like hairspray when she does! This was not offensive to me except for the quick initial burst of alcohol apple (dissappeared quickly, common with most BBW scents) I wore this in the body spray form for a few days to make sure I really did love it. Well, I do! Lasted at least 5 hours each time, impressive for a body spray! Went back and tested the edt to see if it lasted longer. No, of course it didn't! That's BBW for ya! So, if you do like apples and a nice soft, floral, everyday scent, this is great! Don't waste your cash on the edt though, at least IMO it doesn't smell much stronger but it definitely doesn't last any longer. Overall, it's not my lovely magnolia blossom, not even close, but if they are really not bringing that back ever, this may be my second choice. Let's just see if I can stand smelling like apples every day! I'll update! If you're also sick of all the sweet, syrupy smells coming from BBW, stop in and try this. Worth a try, I think! And I don't smell any berries in this! Bonus!

Ok so I bought the whole set with this one! I haven't enjoyed a newly released bbw scent In a really long time! They are all so sweet and all some type of fruit/vanilla/sugar deal. Not here! Beautiful day is not ground breaking by any means, but it is easy to wear, fresh and beautiful! Not clean, but fresh Cuz its not soapy in the least. This is the ultimate fruity shampoo scent. U can even smell the lather! Right off I smell the apple and the pear in equal amounts. Very juicy almost aquatic feeling! But not sweet. I feel once the middle notes of flowers show up, the apple is almost gone but the pear is still going strong! This is the point where I feel the changes stop. For about 3-4 hours (body spray) this smells of pear, peony, lilly of the valley with the tiniest bit of wet woods. I really enjoy this. Its a breath of fresh air and I'm excited to own it! One very sad thing the SA told me was to stock up on midnight pomegranate because its being "retired". What???? That's by far their best scent they have ever carried! :'( so sad!!!!

As Tala wrote, this is indeed similar to Calyx Prescriptives which i simply loved when I wore it all through My Mc-Gill university years. Clean, super fresh, slighly citric and quite simply yummy. The name and bottle perfectly represent this green, slightly aquatic frag with hues of green grass and blue skies. Not soapy in the least but fresh and tangy with fruity notes that scream Granny Smith apples. It has been compared to Be Delicious but this one is fresher and does not contain any 'lotus' note.Instead the lilly of the valley keeps it crisp and clean. The notes I relish most are pear, peach and apple followed by lilly of the valley. Such a lovely scent and lasts really long on me which comes as such a pleasant surprise! I wear it, dreaming of warmner days where the sun warms up my skin. Very well done by BBW! My Spring love!

I tried this when there were little tester vials of the EDT and was sorely disappointed. I thought it was just another fruity scent... so I left without buying it. Fast forward a few weeks - looking to round out a buy three get three sale I picked one of the new Beautiful Day mists. I am eating my words! Yes it is fruity, very much so, but it is DELICIOUS! Fresh and juicy, almost all apple and pear. I think the floral notes compliment the fruitiness perfectly. Mmm I want to take a bite out of my wrist right now :) Mouthwatering... I wonder if maybe the mist is better than the EDT on me. Regardless, I really like this! I haven't worn this long enough to comment on longevity, but I will gladly reapply this again.. and again, and again :) I recommend trying it, definitely!!

Personally, I do not care for the scent of this out of the bottle, or even when it is first sprayed. However, once it dries down it is a nice, fresh, scent. I always received compliments when I wear it to work, it very non-offensive. And I work with a few picky people. Never a complaint, even by the ones with sensitive noses tell me I smell so good, just fresh and clean. It is a very fresh scent but not like linen fresh. It is more of a just got out of the shower after using an expensive, clean scented shampoo. Try it out for yourself if you haven't already and give it a chance. If you are like me, and never go for this type of scent then give it a few minutes, let it dry down, and then decide. Although, I did enjoy this while I had it, it's not something I'd repurchase.

In my opinion, I think Beautiful Day smells really similiar to DKNY Be Delicious, like others have said, but Beautiful Day is better. I never really wore DKNY, because it was just to heavy for me. Beautiful Day is more crisp, and lighter, and I really like that. I just wish Bath, and Body Works, would have out done themselves more this time, and be more creative. I'm really getting tired of repetivite fragrences, it's getting old. What makes Beautiful Day different is the pear, you can really smell that into the green apple, which is nice. This perfume is perfect for not too hot of days like mid 60's weather, perfect for spring. I just hope next time Bath and Body Works out do themselves. Overall that I'm happy with this perfume is 7/10.

I guess I'm late to the party on this one since it has been around for a decade. I just got it in the mail today so it was a blind buy based on reviews and notes. It reminds me of a scent from the 90's or early 2000's. Initially I couldn't put my finger on it and then it hit me.... VS Endless Love when that gem was still in circulation. It's not as apple-y as Endless Love with the florals and wood but I'd consider it more sophisticated than other BBW scents. It's pretty but I can also see how this might be headache inducing to people. I'll enjoy this as a body spray after a shower. It would be nice if they put out fewer scents and instead made EDT versions of all their body mists. I feel the same about VS.

Beautiful Day is reminiscent of an optimistic young lady. She has just washed her hair squeaky clean with Fructis shampoo, and stepped out into her garden filled with fresh peonies. It is a Beautiful Day outside; the air is crisp, the sun is bright, and the grass is green. BD is so uplifting and vibrant, mood-boosting, and refreshing. It reflects a positive attitude to life. It is easy going and can be worn around people sensitive to perfume. However its performance is on the weaker side (though the EDT is slightly better than the mist). It is great to layer with DKNY Be Delicious. I can even sense an unlisted cucumber note here, so similarities are there despite not identical.

My daughter gave this to me as a sort of miniature body spray for my birthday. It struk me as very green and very very spring. It's not my usual style but I really enjoyed it because it really did match the day on which I applied it: A faultless, sunny spring day with just the right amount of breeze. I would wear this on my skin and spritz it on my clothes and linens. If they have a candle I'll buy it. I think of the days that I'll spend at an amusement park or other outdoor activities during the summer that make me feel hot and tired I look forward to this fragrance cooling me off a bit and helping me feel clean and fresh and perking me up.

Very fresh green apple scent with slight gourmand notes,doesn't get sickly sweet,juicy and...fresh! Fruity with a peony hint similar to tresor in love(perfume itself is completely different,only the floral note),smells clean and slightly shampoo-y,just a scent that's good,wearable and safe for people in school or college,definitely young and fresh.. I got the body wash as a gift, and I am pleasantly surprised! I normally don't care for apple scents as they tend to be very tart and green. Here it is more fresh as the peony and pear sweeten the apple. It is fresh and sweet, but not cloying or candied. It is like BBW Pearberry/VS Pear Glace and BBW Peony lotion had a love child who eats apples. I probably won't buy the spray, but I will continue to enjoy it in the shower. If you smell it out of the bottle you get apples and bubblegum, but that is not how it wears on skin.

I got a LARGE bottle (8 oz) of this a long time ago, i think it was for my birthday. Mine came in a plastic bottle with a lovely cylinder design. I like fruity perfumes, but i tend to stick with floral. It smells very nice with my skin chemistry, and i enjoy how the initial, somewhat overpowering, fruity burst tones done to a mild fruity floral blend. It's not my absolute favorite, but I do like it in my collection. A must have for a clean, fruity scent lover.

This would be just delicious if it worked better with my chemistry! Smells lovely on my mom, but turns bad on me :/ (the lotion does do better on me than the edt or mist) Very fresh and brings on cheerful feelings when I smell it! (Not on myself. If they have a candle of this I would like one) I would imagine that if BBW White Citrus or Country Chic work well for you, their Beautiful Day line should too!

I tried this scent in the body mist a couple weeks ago on my way out after a return and promptly went back to buy it the next day. All I noticed the first time was the floral but after purchasing the mist, lotion, and body wash I noticed the fruit. All I smell now are the apples (it's a lot like the fresh picked hand sanitizer). Kind of bummed it wasn't what I intially noticed but still lovely for spring

Today was a gorgeous, crisp late fall day, and it was a perfect time to sample this scent- Imagine farm-fresh fruit from the roadside stand- take a nice big bite of a crispy apple, warmed by the sun- Add some nice aquatic floral notes, a splash of pear, and more sunshine- add U2's uplifting song of the same name... and have a Beautiful Day!

Beautiful Day is a fresh apple fragrance with some floral, and it one of those fragrances you put on in the morning to smell fresh and start your day. It is not at all intimidating and can be worn casually, when you are running errands, weekend travelling, visiting friends/family, or when you want an easy fragrance to wear anywhere.

This smells like what I wanted DKNY BeDelicious to smell like.. theyre very similar, except that this one is more fruity, like a really juicy green apple + Garnier Shampoo... whereas the BeDelicious is more fresh and has a distinct cucumber/lemon smell that smells a little more "clean" and not as juicy

It smells more like Pear to me. I can still smell the red apple, and even a little peach. I like how it smells exactly like a beautiful day would smell... like fresh pears. The dry down smells more like peach than pear or apple. This is a very causal body mist for when your not even trying.

A fresh fruity scent with a pronounced apple note. Not a stand out, but an easy go-to when you're craving a lighter fruity, but not sweet sugary fragrance. There's not much difference between the EDT and body mist. The former is just a touch stronger and longer lasting.

It’s a really clean, soapy, sharp, shampoo smell. I like it just fine but I usually layer because it’s lacking something. Capri by Skylar is a deeper scent while still being fresh so I like it with this. Makes me smell like me but out of the shower. I smell apple mostly

Bought this as a gift, the body mist version. Really smells like DKNY Be Delicious. For a mist, it has great sillage and longevity. If you're a fan of DKNY BE Delicious and don't want to spend a bit of cash on the real thing, this is a great substitute.

It's an okay scent when it first goes on, but after it sits awhile it smells even better. Sort of reminds me of a hair salon (good or bad depending how you view it). Good for me, I like to spray this in my hairbrush before I brush my hair.

I usually do not like apple fragrances but I do enjoy this one. It is fresh and fruity. I love how this smells like a refreshing green apple. The body mist is very long lasting on me when I layer it with the body lotion.

This has a 90s shampoo-vibe, and I love it. It makes me feel happy every time I spray it. Spring / Summery. Comforting. Nostalgic. Easy to wear. Good for the day-time. It's a shame it's now a "retired fragrance."

All my fragances of Bath and Body Works are gifts. This is very fruity, I can to feel apple and pear in its top, then chamomile and peach. Is sweet, but not a lot. I use it in my house to refresh me, or to sleep.

Beautiful day is indeed reminds me of a beautiful day: lovely blue sky with some white clouds, cool weather, apples and pears - the floral was there but not very noticeable. It's a happy smell. Wonderful.

This scent is a perfect sweet, green apple scent. Its name is appropriate as it kind of smells like the perfect spring day. It doesn't last that long, but it smells great and isn't that expensive.

I'm not one for apple fragrances but this one is great! The staying powder of the fine fragrance mist is really good. About 5 hours!

This was a bit too sweet for me. It smells like a jolly rancher! That may make some really happy but I personally, cannot take it.

A couple girls at work wear this, really beautiful everyday scent. I'll probably grab some lotion if the malls ever open again :p
