CK One Summer 2019

CK One Summer 2019 was one I skipped on for several years. Then I found my love of unisex fragrances through getting CK Everyone. I stewed on getting CK One Summer 2019 due to the similarities and then said, what the Hell? I got one and it is a great purchase. CK One Summer 2019 is the "This is brillant, but I love this" meme of fragrance. It is basically the prototype to CK Everyone and honestly is a better smelling fragrance than CK Everyone. CK One Summer 2019 is basically two CK Everyone sprays to 1 Ed Hardy Love & Luck (for men) sprays. That said it also smells like a number of other fragrances (as I already mentioned.) CK One Summer 2019 opens with a citrus and watery note opening. I can't distinctly tell you what citrus it is, but I do think it is orangy as others have. The mid gives the CK Everyone matcha tea accord and it is distinctly similar to CK Everyone's. The base is where IMHO, we see the most difference to CK Everyone. I really just get the driftwood woodsy note. Now I think this is due to the fact that the musk and amber is a common skin scent drydown while driftwood is not. CK One Summer 2019 is not unique but I do enjoy it because I love the type of scent that it is. A citrus aquatic. As mentioned before CK Everyone is nearly a carbon copy of it, but swapping driftwood with cedar. Ed Hardy Love & Luck is another scent with another similar scent profile to my nose. Calvin Klein even double downed with this idea in 2019 with the similar smelling Eternity for Men Summer release (which to my nose smelt like a more sea salty take on Love & Luck.) Zara also has a pair of releases (perhaps more but that is debated since at most it is note swaps) with similar smells. Blue Hole (their Dior Homme Cologne clone), Vibrant Leather Cologne, Vibrant Leather Summer and Vibrant Leather Eclat de Bergamot (their Vibrant Leather Cologne with a mandarin orange open.) That said, as mentioned earlier, I do love CK One Summer 2019. CK One Summer 2019 doesn't perform that great, but it is common with CK One, let alone Calvin Klein fragrances period. CK One Summer 2019 lasts about four hours tops. I find it is a fragrance that projects OK. That said, it means it can work in work and causal settings during summer and even warmer spring days. CK One Summer 2019 is a slightly masuculine leaning unisex fragrance. I do however think that CK Everyone is a bit more usable in Spring and even Fall. CK One Summer 2019 I find as a 7.8 out of 10 and my favorite of the CK One flankers I've smelt. I do have to get a back-up bottle of it, similar to 2020. I fully enjoy it and want it to last. Even with my amount of fragrances, I see myself wearing this easy going dumb reach a lot in summer and re-spraying it several times throughout the day.

I blind bought this months ago because I love the original CK One, like many of us do, and it sat in my collection unbothered because it is very light and could not smell anything after spraying in my wrist. Finally I decided to solve it by overspraying like I don't usually do ( I usually only use 2-3 spritz of fragance in my wrist and hairline and that's it) and I found using 6-8 sprays is the solution. I am left swimming in a full morning of fresh, green, sunny, aquatic, green leaves bliss. I really love this scent so much, I will surely buy a couple of back up bottles. I don't think I can smell the driftwood, but as other commenter remarked, that is a concept and not a note per se. It makes me so happy it makes me think of travels, sea, clear sky and wind in your face; truly almost perfection to me. Try it if you enjoy cool, relaxing, fresh fragances; I think this is true to the concept and is 100% unisex.

The best in Summer Collection, it smells like green tea, so take this in mind. What it did to me - this is the best sport fragrance if you want to go to the gym and still stay fresh and not stinking like you have never taken a shower. It is the best beach scent someone can imagine because we are sick of all coconut sunscreens. Take it until it is on the market. The scent - absolutely masculine, no doubts about it, to be unisex is very controversial. No comparisons with Everyone or Green Tea, nothing to do with it because it has no citruses, fortunate for me. No apples or fruity notes, no musc, it is all about green tea and wood. Overall: I have 5 bottles unpacked because I know it is limited edition and I will keep it so close. I love it. Everyone makes compliments and everyone loves it BUT on the skin, not the bottle. Try it, that's it

Eternity Summer 2019 (women's) has been my summer scent and while last year's version was similar the longevity just wasn't there. I also didn't see a 2021 release when I saw this in Kohls (at an awesome price) I had to pick it up. I have read previous reviews so this was always in the back of my mind as a possible purchase but the price sealed the deal. So essentially this was a blind buy for me and one I am very happy with! I was afraid that this would be too masculine for me but I really enjoy it. It is a nice refreshing scent! I pick up a lime scent (well to me it smells like lime) but perhaps that is the aquatic note that I am picking up. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a refreshing non-offensive scent!

Admittedly, I love CK One Summer editions, some more than others, but I can’t think of a single one I’ve disliked. While 2019 is not my favorite, it is a solid edition and a solid addition to my collection. Tea notes usually aren’t my favorite, but here, the fizzy fresh tea note with the driftwood note makes for a lovely beachy wood scent, and I adore wood. I like it in my fragrance; I like it in my wine; I like it on my dash and steering wheel; I like it in my...ahem, well, you get the point. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with this one for the summer. And the stickers to add to the bottle if you’re so inclined are a cute, nostalgic touch.

I bought it couple years ago and let it sit in my drawer for the winter... i took it out yesterday. for some reason, it feel more potent now, last longer and projects better, especially if sprayed on the clothes. As for the scent , it’s a good CK1 flanker, fresh and clean, the middle tea note is pretty dominant and adding this sweetness to it which makes it a bit more on the feminine side, but in a good way! so for boys it could be a summer day/gym sent, girls may wear it anywhere anytime throughout the summer. And because the CK summer flankers are limited editions, ill put it back in the drawer when summer is over :)

I really like this. The opening reminds me a lot of Mandarina Duck in New York for Him. The CK is a little less sweet and has a more aquatic vibe and is a little less serious and I actually prefer it. To me, it's quite linear but that's not such a bad thing if you like the fresh sweet combination it offers. I get 1-2 hours of projection which I'm fine with. I probably wouldn't be if I bought it retail but for the current price of 13-15 euros, it's a great deal. I don't smell anything potentially annoying or risky in this fragrance so For anything under 20 euros/dollars, this is an easy blind buy.

I tested this beautiful perfume for the first time this summer, and wow - it was love at first sniff!! I bought it online and got it yesterday, and I can't stop smelling my skin. First I smell lots of citrus, very much citrus, and I also smell the CK-dna in the background. There is some notes I think is the watery-note. This beauty is very fresh and clean, and it fits perfect for everybody of all ages, it's office-safe, it will be very nice for use in summertime, but I will use it now for full winter, much snow and minus 10 degrees. I give it 10 / 10

I've been trying a tester of this. The opening smells very sweet and aquatic, then it dries down to a sweet tea smell. Sometimes it even reminds me of bubble gum. Great casual, fun, dumb reach scent for the summer. Unfortunately longevity is quite poor, so don't spend your shiny penny on it but if you're just looking for something cheap to good off with in the summer this is great and I think that’s the point of this whole line. The good thing about it is that once its gone, its gone, it doesn’t leave any musky smells that give you a headache.

I can't wait for the annual CK One Summer fragrance, and I enjoyed having this one over the (short) British Summer. It worked better during the hotter days, it conjured up images of a shack by the sea. I got bright citrus notes, soft wood, and a lovely zingy tea note at the end. As the bottle would suggest, this is a fun fragrance, casual and carefree, less serious then last year's more sober release. Sadly, it doesn't last very well on skin or clothes. Longevity apart, I loved it. I've stashed a few bottles away for future use.

Bought for $19 to use mainly as an out-of-the-shower scent (bc I mostly get a shower after work) Honestly, think I might buy a 2nd bottle, bc this stuff smells fantastic! Water notes are definitely there, as well as a nice tea note, not too overpowering, nor underpowering in my opinion, smells like I just made some iced tea for a summer day. Don't really get a driftwood or wood note but I don't mind, the tea is the reason I bought it after all. Anyways, for $19, it's 100% worth buying

What an amazing scent this time around. It’s weird but I get citruses, grapefruit to be exact, but it’s nowhere to be found in the pyramid. I picked this up for 75$ after tax. I collect these summer frags. I find these summer CK Ones are hit and miss for a lot of people. I really liked the 2016 version, but others hated it. On my skin I get 5 to 6 hours, and if on my clothes it lasts for a couple of days. You could do a lot worse than this one. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh.

This was a pleasant surprise, reminded me of Erba Pura but a super light, watery cologne version. Like Erba Pura, it's woody yet floral, which is a surprise from a CK One summer that's typically fruity citrusy. Does well in the heat even if you have to overspray. I really enjoy this and I think it's worth a full bottle in your collection.

This is my favorite summer fragrance from CK. I smile everytime I put it on! Its pleasant and clean smelling, very much office safe. Its different from most citrus summer frags and I have a couple backup bottles on standby. Grab it while you still can!

Smells incredible this WINTER. I can’t help but think of Christmas Oranges. Maybe because I winter in Miami? But something about this scent warms me up in the northeastern cold. I feel like I just took that 7am shower after the gym. It’s very unisex.

This is a really good frag for the Spring/Summer! It has clean bright aquatic with a hint of tea and creamy woods. I would use this as a casual day time fragrance. So far this is one of my favorites and for the price I would buy a back up bottle.

I've tried a LOT of the summer editions. This is by far my favourite! It is light, carefree and yummie. The opening is a refreshing splash of tea, the dry down ends up at the beach, on a piece of driftwood, warmed up by the sun.

Very good frag i live in Los Angeles so i think i can use this year around but i wont, now long-lasting on my skin is good like 6-8 hours so in the en it's a good buy.

This is a very nice fragrance.. on skin I get about 5 hours.. on the clothes its going on 7 hours and is still projecting nicely.. Oh yeah go heavy on the trigger

A very pleasant more masculine scent this is my favourite out of the CK summer line.. It's smells amazing... And very good value for money as well....
