Phloem

I really liked this fragrance. I think it has an interesting aroma and quite different from anything else I've tried. You can feel the red fruits perfectly and I think the rhubarb, although it's something that I never really guess what it smells like, since I get very confused with red fruits, it's the same as with other things like hibiscus. I've been called a lot by the fact that it has oysters as an olfactory note and I don't really notice them. It is true that you can perceive a certain marine smell, but I would never think that it could be the smell of oysters if I didn't see it listed here. Otherwise, it has a floral and fresh note that makes it very bearable on a daily basis even with warm temperatures, although under a scorching sun at midday and at the beginning of August I don't know how it would work. The performance is quite fair, something that usually happens on my skin with the fragrances of this style, but its originality makes me think of it as a perfume that I would not mind adding to my collection, but without being at the top of my wish list. If I had to say some perfume that reminds me I think I would say nishane zenne, but without being equal or much less. Polarising, tarty, sugary, stewed rhubarb poured atop with ripened berry jam. This is a gigantic, vibrant fushia pink Hibiscus flower with silky petals in a scent form. Ambrette and sesame definitely round the fruity edge, making it smooth, wet petals textured, voluptuous, a wee like hard candies, and with ‘cool pink’ colour, though it does not lean gourmand. Very unique, salty, I have never smelled anything like this. Cumin is undetectable, but if there is, it's beautifully blended to support sea salt accord. There is a tinge of floral spiciness in it that provides some gimmicks. I have never smelled Nasturtium, but the floralness in Phloem does remind me of how natural tropical Hibiscus flowers smell, which I am familiar with. Sea, sand, sun, and hot cool pink hibiscus. P.S. someone grumbled about cumin as if you didn’t know cumin is used in so many accords, and I can’t imagine your reactions to some other frags with forward cumin would be like 😅 Chill 🤙🏼 not picking up certain notes isn’t a crime (esp if you didn’t wait till the drydown). It’s how you ‘personally’ interpret the scent.

What a sticky mess indeed. A wonderfully provocative sticky mess. Not an easy reach, and definitely not for blind buying (or over-spraying) It does have a womanly carnality about it, the kind of aroma a woman will get the morning after going to bed without wearing any underwear. It's the ripe musky aura of a beautiful lady who has been wearing nothing but a satin nightgown all night. It's intoxicating. Skanky note aside, it is a beautiful fruity floral that you catch whiffs of throughout the day. The skank grabs your attention and the pleasant notes the skank carries make you swoon. She's a sexy little number, best reserved for raunchy or intimate occasions. Performance is unreal. I gave myself a spray before sleep last night at 10 pm and it is still going strong at 10:30 am, even after a shower.

You’re a robot in the year 3000. You love perfume. Your new fragrance just arrived in the mail. What does it smell like? You wanted something that smelled like a futuristic rose, medical grade hand sanitizer, and a bar of metal soap. Phloem has arrived!!! Honestly, I really like this. This is a safe, office friendly fragrance for weird girls. I’m joking. This scent, or should I say type of scent, is one of the safest blind buys I’d recommend for someone into odd, indie, or niche fragrances without getting into uncharted waters. You’re into musky, sharp, floral skin scents then this is perfect. It’s sharp, extremely clean (like industrial level clean), and floral. It almost smells metallic. Like you’re sniffing metal flowers and soap. This is cool af. It’s my kind of Glossier You or 11:11.

This is a complex and sassy little devil. It has a lot of freshness and tartness from fruit and berries, like blueberry and rhubarb, there's a soft hint of wild, but fragile flowers and the note that takes this fragrance to that sassy place: Oysters. The oyster note is wet and salty, like the sea, but also reminiscent of something dirty, sweaty and intimate. Do you remember that scene from 'Braveheart' where Mel Gibsons character has sex with his wife in the Highland heather? Yeah, this is it! It smells like having sex with a guy wearing a kilt, outside in the wild Scottish nature. Airy, wild, untamed closeness. 🐚🌾 This is a fabulous creation. Totally unique and beautiful in its own sassy little way. I love this! Longevity is around 8-9 hours on my skin and it has a medium strength.

So I’m terrible at reviews (and therefore probably in the wrong place), but this perfume is everything I didn’t know I needed. I hate florals, but adore this. It’s comfort in a bottle. Almost similar to a sweet, but fresh laundry smell with a tinge of something metallic?! I was given this as an extra to M/Mink and I’ve fallen in love with this more. I’ve had lots of compliments and I can still smell it radiating off me a good 6-7 hours later. If I was a man, I would undoubtedly want to f**k me 😅 This is intoxicating beyond comprehension and I highly recommend trying it. Even safe as a blind buy IMO. Edit - I also get the smell of a just-struck match!

Beautiful mystery. To my nose this came as strong, floral, very sweet and then the saltiness and the green freshness. I don’t get cumin at all (sesame maybe, just a hint) nor the heavy saltiness ppl before me described. On my skin it stays sweet floral overall, on the fresh side more than the herbal/oriental side. I find it a mature, mysterious, unique scent and it keeps me trying to decipher it and failing. Indeed a “sticky mess”! Another fantastic creation from Euan McCall.

Fresh, powdery and juicy😋 This is one of my FAVORITES from this collection. It's beautifully feminine, which I imagine how the ladies in Bridgerton would smell like👸The berry notes are hugged by these hypnotic florals, that give me butterflies in my chest🦋 Also it some how has this watery accord that makes the fragrance smell fresh than old. Beautiful, but at the same time, very difficult to be described. It is very rich, a lot of things are happening in it and is very unusual! Starts spicy and fruity, transforms into gourmand with the spice lingering in the background. Longevity is great (more than 8 hours). I must start saving for a bottle.

Sweet dark fog! Mulberry indeed mixed with smoke, seame, ambrette, honeysuckle, passionfruit, more ambrette, & amyris. This blend is beautifully put with its dark sweet gothic like touch, it's like a fog in disguise. Beautiful.

well.... it’s certainly salty, but not very meaty or vaginal. i can see why people are making that association however. it’s floral and playful. the mulberry and passion fruit really stand out to me.. very jammy and tart. certainly not a scent i’d choose to wear if i knew i’d be indoors for most of the day. fantastic fragrance for warm, sunny days outside. if i planned to go frolicking in a field of wild flowers on a blissfully hot day, i would wear this. i can imagine lying down and feeling petals and leaves caress my bare skin, with a gentle warming breeze wafting this perfume up my nose, adding to the sensual pleasure. i feel it would mingle incredibly well with a hot, sweaty body. all in all, this scent is special. it’s juicy, intoxicating and very cheeky. edit: i hadn’t worn this in weeks since writing the above review, but something prompted me to spray this onto my neck before setting off on a walk yesterday. well... this fragrance couldn’t have been a more fitting accompaniment. i ended up serendipitously discovering abundant patches of wild strawberry and raspberry bushes by the roadside. i felt so overjoyed i almost cried. each berry was so sweet and tender.. they just melted right onto my tongue. the sun shone and warmed my skin as i slowly strolled along the road. i felt so present and connected with my environment. there was a gentle breeze that would waft Phloem up my nose every now and then and i realised how perfect it was. it certainly did add to the pleasure. the perfume was enhanced incredibly well by my warm, sweating skin. it is by far the most perfect fragrance to wear as a lady on a warm sunny afternoon surrounded by wildflowers and flourishing nature. it made me feel so happy.

A 1980s Jazzercise instructor's chaotic mess strewn atop her glossy vanity: -Spilled fuchsia powder blush to be worn from cheekbones to temples. -Waxy red lipstick. -Sweat soaked lycra leotard. -Floral scented skin cream. -A pollen-laden yellow and purple bouquet from an admirer. -A metallic and soapy scented hairspray. -Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" plays on the boombox. Bold and vivacious, this fragrance is like nothing else I've smelled from the past few decades. Another brilliant picture painted by Jorum Studio. Sprayed 3 little squirts from my discovery kit and felt loud and brash, perhaps too much for the office. Two commented on someone wearing an "interesting scent" that reminded them of something from their past.... Walking home in the August heat a few hours later, the humidity blended with the perfume, quieting the fragrance significantly. Not unpleasant, but lost the bright, glossy character of the first few hours' wear in a controlled atmosphere. It became a true skin scent, echoing my own perfumed, sweaty skin. On my "like" scale of 1<5 this is a 4.

Hmm.... that musk..... Yes, I could say vagina. I could say skin. Fresh sweat before it's been tainted by bacteria... I could also say—even though it's listed in the notes incorrectly—that it smells of oysters, or of white meat. Smooth, soft, slightly damp flesh, flesh that I dare say is inheritly feminine. It's animalistic in a way that isn't wild and feral, but fresh, clean, and just a bit lactonic—some lovely thing that's just been born. So very human smelling, and honestly it really freaks me out. I can't really stand the smell of it at first, but the more I sniff, the more I can't seem to stop. It's so familiar somehow... maybe it's the vagina thing.... oh no... 😦 This is a FREAKY little frag. It's certainly bright, sweet, and fruity, but it really only hits you with the initial spray. The musk is the front-runner here, and it seems to linger far stronger than any of the sweeter notes, at least on my skin. Wear at your own risk or whenever you feel a little freaky ;p

This is another complex blend that proves the saying "strange is beautiful". Hear me out on this, when I say rhubarb cotton candy with loamy garden elements, many would think me mad and turn their noses up and away but, forgive me for saying, you are missing out because if you are looking for the wild and unique, you just have to smell Phloem! The beginning is admittedly my favourite part as the finish 4 hours later a possible hidden oud or musk takes over and it overbalances on my skin. Still, Phloem is one of those blends that confuses and entrances each time it is spritzed and becomes hard to forget or ignore

Challenging but relatively subtle blend of unusual notes. If you look at the Jorum site, it says that the note is oyster PLANT - not oysters as listed (and much discussed) here. Calls to mind many features of the forest that don't involve trees/wood - trundling through ferns, lichens, etc. The "sweetness" has a natural and very non-gourmand feel. There's a soaked dampness to it as well. I imagine this one plays out differently on different people. Has a very natural feel - not challenging in the sense of being "edgy" or controversial. Doesn't lean in either traditionally gendered direction. Worth a sample.

For what it's worth, oyster is not listed by Jorum as a note. Rather, oyster plant. No wonder I was confused by all the comments about oysters, as I don't detect anything fishy at all in this fragrance. I love the subtlety of the fruits and flowers in the opening notes. Very demure, very mindful. I definitely sense that this is an animalic fragrance but it's not skanky or too much, in the beginning. The drydown is much more antagonistic; very focused on ambrette, which I always find a bit sour on my skin. I'm fascinated by my sample but I remain undecided.

if you didn't tell me, i would think this is a designer release. it has that slightly chemical/alcohol smell, not in a rubbing alcohol way, but in an 80s-90s designer release way. i think my mom used to wear white diamonds by elizabeth arden and there's a note in common, i think. it's not cloyingly sweet, but the fruit and florals are dominant. i wish the oyster note was actually oyster, but there is a nice sort of musky saltiness nonetheless. quite sad it doesn't smell like pussy. i like the smell of pussy :(

Cumin! Not at all "perfume" cumin (no BO to be found here), but rather realistic cumin straight from the spice rack. Around the prominent, and agreeable, spice note, there are some floral and fruity undertones, though nothing very distinct. It's quite light, muted, and linear overall and leans towards skin scent. Interesting in a modest and understated way, despite the maximal descriptors used.

Spicy, meaty, slightly smokey, drunken... no jammy fruits for me yet, and certainly very little sweetness. Green and floral in the sense of venus fly traps, monkey jars- jungly, carnivorous green. Motions you in just to push you away. Excited to spend some more time with this. I really admire Jorum’s risk-taking.

this is ripe, musky, meaty, savory, and spicy. a sticky sweet mess of fruit with a carnal bite due to the sesame and oysters. mimics bodily scents in such a Pretty way...i need to wear this when im dripping sweat and dancing in a club. smells like sex! Loveeeee. pls stop vabbing and get this instead

yum! on a rocky beach, in a cave, smashing fruits (perhaps together). this is a bottle of desire. it’s so refreshing to see an aphrodisiac fragrance without a patchouli note. someone wears this when they can fuck, whether or not they know it.

Phloem opens with sticky red berry gummy candy: very fake, very reminiscent of childhood, but kinda enjoyable. It blends with a sharp, piercing floral note to be a normal, juicy-tart fruity floral of the sort that was popular in the early 2000s. It’s very “squealing knot of 13-year-old girls at a party.” I get occasional whiffs, also, of something musky-savory – the ambrette? and by an hour in, the musk is dominant, thick, and rather strange. A little sour, a little bit fruity still, and a lot beige-and-fuzzy. Two hours later we’re back to sticky, jammy red berries, blended with fuzzy beige musk. Some reviewers say Phloem smells like vaginas, but I think they’re overreacting or don’t know what musk smells like. It doesn’t smell literally like any kind of body odor; it’s a perfumery abstraction, a neutral fuzz, a background hum. What Phloem is actually about is faketastic red gummy candy and beige fuzzy musk. Which is a truly bizarre fragrance idea but gets points for creativity. And it’s executed with density and staying power; none of this “interesting topnote, generic drydown” nonsense. Euan McColl is an honest man and by god you’re getting candy and musk all day long.

I LOVE pony boy so I ordered a bunch more samples from this house and this is the first one I’m trying. Not sure it’s for me but that’s okay. I’m not getting the fruity/juiciness that other people seem to be getting. For me it’s just a sharp, animalic floral. The sharpness I think from the rhubarb and passionfruit but I’m not smelling much more fruit than that. And I’m surprised there’s no castoreum note listed because this is smelling very beaver musk on my body at least. It has a certain sweatiness that isn’t bad but it’s just not what I’m going for most of the time. I was excited for the sesame note but I don’t think I smell it at all which is disappointing. Long lasting and good sillage but it’s giving hottie/sophisticated and sweaty beaver baddie eating oysters in the meadow on a hot spring day and that’s just not the vibe for this girly.

I’m so impressed over how they made it smell sickly sweet and tart like a fruity 80’s perfume, but still meaty and spicy like a beef stew. Like another reviewer below me, I agree that this fragrance is more carnal than vaginal, and you can really smell the passion fruit and rhubarb and how they create a very tart, almost sweaty aroma. I believe the meatiness comes from the rhubarb and perhaps the sesame? I swear I can sense a bay leaf note in there, but maybe it’s because I associate the meat stew-smell with bay leaf. I unfortunately do not like it and I’m impressed over how someone could pull this off. Edit: I take my statement back — it impressively enough smells very vaginal! They did quite well with this fragrance in that regard. Do not ask me how I got to that conclusion.

Very unusual scent: a salty, fruity gourmand (I’m creating a new category for Phloem) There’s something in this mix—that when combined with other notes—conjures the scent of saffron, usually a difficult note for me to wear. I can’t get past the allusion of saffron so this is a rare Jorum pass. Over the last few weeks I’ve been researching several perfumes from Jorum. I’m most impressed with how this niche company has managed to create interesting and desirable perfumes in a flooded arena, both with common and unique notes (oyster, passionfruit and sesame sound like they shouldn’t go together, for example). With each one I’ve worn, I have trouble describing them, and I’m at a loss for “what this reminds me of” when sampling.

Be light-handed with this. It can go heady really quickly. This was an interesting perfume. My first fragrance featuring oyster and it did not disappoint. It had a slightly oceanic bready fruity smell for me and I found it to be unique and different at first. But it does last and it does project so the scent quickly induced a headache. I had to scrub it off hours later because I could not escape the now constant fishy bread smell.

What a cheeky concoction. As others have noted this has a certain odour of floral womanhood and this is no accident with the ‘oyster’ salty note. Their website calls it ‘erogenous effluvium’.....err yeah. Several people I had smell this did not get it at all but I certainly do. So cool that a perfume can be so suggestive. Can’t see a man wearing this at really with that association even if it is listed as unisex.

Freshly toasted cumin seeds and peppery wildflowers. I don't detect anything fruity. Since cumin isn't a listed note, I think I may be getting it from the sesame and the rhubarb. It is faintly sour (rhubarb) with an oily or savory aspect (sesame). I imagine the flowers are small, edible, and have magenta petals.

another time people say a perfume smells like vagina (the same was with Guidance) and again to me it’s just a stereotypically feminine fruity floral :( however the drydown on skin is much more interesting. i can clearly feel some pleasant saltiness and herbaceousness as in other Jorum perfumes.

Synthetic Fruity syrupy (but also sharp?). There's definitely vaginal undertones lol I'm surprised there's no civet or castoreum in this bc it absolutely smells like it. When it sets down it smells exactly like spiced, sweet mead. It's not awful but I wouldn't wear it out ever

It... quite literally smells like 🐱🦪 Pretty impressive, honestly! The fruity notes are fun, and it’s just loudly provocative. Personally, I think it could use more floral notes to balance out the pheromonal vaginal scent, but if this was the vision then this was the vision 🫡

Wow okay so I would ve said this perfume was unique if it was not so similar with eau de protection from État Libre D’orange. It is very special, definitely try it before buying it. I don’t smell any oyster or marine notes whatsoever, but more of an old Pot Pourri .. I ordered a sample out of curiosity anyway, but yes try it first.

Really disappointing. I love a weird scent, love a little sweatiness, but this is so so one note. No fruit, no salt, no musk, just straight bug spray. I have no idea where anyone is getting pussy or sweetness. Overwhelming, bitter DEET. :(

I don’t mind the vagina. On the contrary! I do however mind that she’s overpowered by the screechiest ambrofix (?) drydown. This pussy has chemical burns!!! And so do my nostrils after smelling this vile concoction.

This really smells little 😽 to y'all? I'm not getting that at all - there's something strange, chemical, and slightly repellent about Phloem and the same cannot be said for the 😽 I have encountered.

I don’t like it. It has a strong cumin smell. It lasts very long but unfortunately the smell bothers me.

Why don't all perfume companies/fragrantica list cumin if it's actually in the bottle?! Drives me crazy how many samples I have to toss. Right up front this smells of cumin, but as opposed to most of the cumins in perfumes I've smelled, this one doesn't exactly smell like cumin I'd dump in some chili I'm making. No, this one smells like someone just had sex in the room and now it's all I can smell. I didn't get any other notes! My body chemistry takes any and all cumin and amps it up to atomic bomb levels, so I'm out.

I’m gonna say it how it is cause everyone here is trying to be professional about it. This smells like you’re going down on a woman who you were just dancing all hot and sweaty with on the dance floor. The mixing of salty sweat, faded fruity perfume, and a particular pussy like smell. If you want to smell like you called and hooked up with your ex while too drunk, buy this fragrance. If you don’t want to do that, don’t buy this fragrance. Now to complete the unholy duo and get my nose on secretions magnifique.

Ambroxan oversmellers can skip this one. Whatever else might be there was completely blasted over by the ambroxan when I skin tested it. If they'd just admit in the ingredients that it's going to read hospital cleaning closet on my skin I could save them the hate review, but since they didn't here we are.

My first words are "green fire sugar." Not caramel, not burnt sugar, but clean white sugar and the acid hit of rhubarb stems and passionfruit and then the green, burning scent of nasturtium. It almost feels like chemical heat hitting your nose and running down your sinuses, and the sensation lasts for an incredibly long time, with an oily tenacity. It is not subtle and it's probably not for everyone. I love it. As that green heat finally ebbs down and you have attention to spare for anything else, you realize that underneath the whole time has been a mild nutty scent underpinning that sugar burn - more like Pandan leaves, a favorite of mine, than coconut. I imagine this is coming from the gorse, tonka bean and sesame interplaying. Gorse is new to me but the tonka and sesame are definitely present. The drydown feels comforting and enveloping, paired with just enough musk and woods and a balsamic note that you never feel like you're wearing a dessert. The longevity of this perfume and particularly of the top notes is astounding. I sprayed some on me 4 hours ago and am still getting hits of that green fire. I wouldn't ever call this a gourmand despite the many sugary notes in it. It's far too confrontational, the nasturtium/sugar combo in particular is somehow pungent, rich, super green, and sweet all at once. Gourmands often feel a bit too much like safe territory for my taste and this perfume takes a huge leap outside that box. It's like having a scoop of really luxurious pandan-flavored gelato with some chunks of wasabi flecked in it and a tiny drizzle of sesame oil on top. If you've ever had candied mustard fruits - a strange Italian delicacy, fruits preserved in sugar and flavored with mustard seed oil - and recoiled in horror, this is NOT the perfume for you. If the idea repels you, likewise. If you've tried them and loved them for their uniqueness, or if you find the idea of "hurts so good" compelling as a perfume concept, come running to Scotland and get your hands on this perfume immediately. It's original, sexy, and very well crafted. It took me a long time to even find words to describe it!

Continuing with my Jorum Studio samples, I tested Phloem today. A few spritzes to my torso only, under my top. A humid day. As I don't read the notes in advance of testing, nor refer to them while testing or writing, so there will only be my impressions of the scent itself as it unfolds on my skin here. Initial Impression: cool and fresh and invigorating at the same time, and the scent encouraged me to breathe slowly and deeply, allowing me to pick up on the calming floral scent at the end of each deep breath taken in. It struck me as being both delicate and subtly complex, and it was a pleasure to breathe it in, again and again, slowly and deeply. After 10 minutes: almost a 'petrichor' effect, a powdery quality that brought to mind a wet pavement heating up again after a shower of rain, fragrant with nearby flowers pumping out their scent amidst sun-warmed greenery with the sun's heat burning off the rainwater. A calm reinvigorating scent lending itself to deep breathing, steadying. A few hours later, whilst out and about: very welcome sweet and delicate fresh fragrance to accompany a busy couple of hours, close to skin but very noticeable and much appreciated as I walked around the city shopping. A real boon on a humid day. Many Hours later: sweet 'dusty' or 'powdery' impression remains as a skin scent under clothing, after 11 hours. Very pleasing and with surprising tenacity for a delicate-seeming scent. Perhaps beneficial for anyone having to face a stressful situation, as it really does encourage deep, slow breathing and has a settling, calming effect. Smelling 'Phloem' throughout the day has conjured up memories of Lush's 'Kerbside Violet', but I'll have to compare side by side to see if my thoughts are fooling me.

The name alone, Phloem, the vascular tissue in plants that conducts sugars and other foods made in the leaves during photosynthesis to all other parts of the plant. It's almost like the blood of a plant. This fragrance conjures up more than that, though. It is astounding in that it conjures up the scent of, dare I say, womanhood. A clean, healthy lady hamper, we will leave it at that. The sticky berry sweetness, the so-called sesame accord, the certainty of cumin here, though not listed in the notes breakdown, its salty, savory, fleshy quality—all of it equals....meow. It's as if I rubbed my wrist right along the Georgia O'Keefe orchid, and I can smell it no other way. Cleary Phloem is a metaphor for another kind of flowing juice. There will be no full bottle for me, but I am keeping this fascinating study for reference.

I don't get anything nearly as scandalous as most everyone in the reviews. This opens with an appealing, flirty berry accord, juicy and underscored by a contrast of faint woody amber and dark resins. Then it goes into an hour or two of abstract fruity florals, Lily Pulitzer florals, bright, synthetic, and slightly annoying. Finally, a smokey gunpowder and salted caramel dry down like Bertrand Duchafour's Amour Nocturne with an echo of fruity sweet candyfloss from those early berries..very synthetic and pleasant. The opening and drydown are delicious and compelling despite that middle floral. No 🐈 here though, I swear. I really like this one and so do the people at work. 👍🏼 It’s a fruity scent for those who usually can’t pull off wearing a fruity scent, with none of the joy sacrificed. 4 out of 5.

I've been sampling and collecting scents for a few years now and Jorum Studio's offerings have challenged me more than most. Their atmospheric and naturalistic take on fragrances has provoked many new thoughts, with none more so than Phloem. The tart and fruity opening morphs into a briney, salty, bodily floral. When it dries down, the result is an extremely human and skin-like trail. This lasts ALL day too, despite receding to an intimate personal bubble. From the first spray at a boutique, to hours later leaving a dinner, I faced small and constant reminders of its presence. For an entire day, I smelled somewhat bizarre. That in and of itself is an experience to be appreciated, even though I'd struggle to wear this again.

Crystal clear sharp but tartly sweet top notes morph into bready, spicy goodness with the gorgeous lightly funky musk backing it up. I keep going back for more. I like the cumin - I sense it without any BO or takeaway references. Ambrette (I didn’t like it in No. 18) which I’m usually careful with, works here and doesn’t go too animalic. Just a touch. I get impressions of warm kitchens on cold days, freshly baked fruit bread, the spice cabinet, bright pink and coral roses in a vase, stewed rhubarb, rain on windows giving that blurred effect as you look out to verdant lawns and blooming flowers - sharp and clear yet blurred. Really interesting to the nose and just gorgeous. FB worthy. (Edit: acquired ❤️)

I wore this out tonight to dinner. First spray I was like what did I get myself into this is TOO adventerous for me it smelled salty, and mineralic. By the time I got to dinner and sat down I was enveloped in a cloud of powdery musk with a hint of florals. The waitress serving us finally caved and asked is that YOU I'm smelling? Ive passed by twice and I smell powdery flowers it's so pretty. I whipped out the decant I was carrying for her to smell. She said it is YOU! I had to ask her if she could smell the oyster note? She looked at me puzzled and was like no... I informed her theirs a note of oyster and she said well you smell like. a complete aphrodesiac. Now I think I need it in full size 😄

Definitely a super unique perfume, the part that sticks out to me the most is the oyster and sesame - as it definitely has a savoury quality. A little salty a little nutty. Could easily be a popcorn note too but oyster is definitely more fabulous and imaginative.But that is just a part of it, this is mostly fruity, and gourmand without being sugary sweet. Hard to pick out any of the fruits individually this one is more about the whole. Lovely scent journey, turns floral. *There is definitely a civet or cumin in here - something a bit sweaty in a sexy way. May be the oyster :) I love it, i'm putting this on my best of musky because the drydown is super sexy musky pheromones.
