Daisy Love Eau So Sweet Petals

Sweet sugary berries with a powdery undertone. I much prefer this in hot weather. For some reason, the warmth brings out more of the fruitiness in my experience. When I first tried this out during the winter I didn’t really care for it because the powdery notes were very prominent. But fast forward to summer; I sprayed this on a whim before work and I kept getting whiffs of myself throughout the day and it reminded me of a scented babydoll that I had as a child. Berry cotton candy with a touch of powder. It’s a lovely, sugary inoffensive scent.

Raspberry jam with lots of sugar and candied daisies. In the end, I clearly smell the notes of musk and iris, raspberry jam becomes more powdery and quieter. As with all Daisy flankers, this one is nothing special, I only bought it for travel because of the size of the bottle. But overall, this fragrance will not be a disappointment and it is a safe simple choice for every day, when you want to smell nice, but do not want to think about choosing a fragrance.

It was my last sugary fruity scent and the last also from the brand. Clearly for me it was a bit too much sugar. The opening of red fruits was good in my memory. I haven’t keep it in my collection, but it was a joyfull and innocent scent. For young women maybe.

Cotton candy jam! If cotton candy jam was a thing, it would smell like this. It smells thick and heavy - not the way the fragrance performs - but the scent itself, like how a jam smells heavier than fresh fruit. Very sweet but not cloying and turning ever so slightly powdery after it settles. Absolutely gorgeous! I personally find the teeny tiny bottle to be just adorable and VERY convenient for travel! This mini gem gets 7.5/10 from me :D

Were they intentionally trying to make these bottles look like the hand sanitizers from Bath & Body Works?
