Sensuelle

As I almost finish going through Ntrigue's Discovery Collection, I arrive at Sensuelle. I will preface this review that these are my experiences of what I perceive from when my wife wears the fragrance. It is a very feminine fragrance and I primarily wear unisex and masculine scents. I will start by saying, this fragrance is absolutely TRUE to its name Sensuelle. It is incredibly sexy, edible, and really awakens the senses. As Ntrigue describes it, it is Chocolate, Rose, and Vanilla. It beautifully blends the three but also has much more character to it than those three major notes. There is a hint of spice in the heart and a lovely extraordinarily creamy sandalwood base. That is one take away I have from trying all of Ntrigue's offerings. They truly execute their sandalwood base notes perfectly. It is hard to maintain that note with such a sweet gourmond perfume like Sensuelle. The chocolate top notes are very soft and velvety as to milk chocolate, this is not a tanin forward dark chocolate note. The rose is right there from the start, and continues well into the base of the fragrance. To try to compare it to other high-end niche offerings, it has a sweetness like PDM Delina, and a rose element that is like a cross of MFK's Oud Satin Mood and Montale's Roses Musk and Intense Cafe. Its a really beautiful fragrance and lasts eternally. I highly recommend this offering for those special occasions and for the price, you cant beat it when it easily stands with giants of the rose family.

This fragrance is SO nice. You immediately get rose and you can smell multiple types. Theres almost a freshness to the begining of this fragrance with the different roses and a softness thats like rose petals or maybe the milk chocolate peaking through. I get much more of a noticable chocolate note in the mid and base, but maybe thats because of the vanilla helping to push that to the front. I can smell this fragrance on my skin well into the next day with just two spritzs. The sprayer they use is very nice and consistent so theres great distribution. Highly recommend :)
