I love the diversity yet uniqueness of this, beautiful raspberry and plum, which is smoothened by tobacco and cinnamon, then has a very beautiful Oud, Ambergris and Patchouli base. It’s so beautiful combining the individual brilliance Tuscan Leather and Tuxedo not directly similar but the notes show this and it’s so remarkable, 10/10 for me. More of an intimate fragrance so you might want to try this during cooler months and at nighttime, during dates 😉

Absolutely amazing scent. This is definitely at the top of my collection with how much I love this scent. Juicy almost boozy plum, tobacco and slight saltiness (most likely from the ambergris). In my mind when I smell this I think of a high class gentleman. Scent projection is barely passable for my tastes at arms lenth. Longevity feels a little lackluster. It starts to die down 3ish hours in, but I still get little whiffs of it at about 6 hours.

Goes on as a sweet but not too sweet plummy tobacco with a hint of raspberry. Definitely more on the feminine side which I love. Its very grown up- not too fruity or candyish at all- more ambery and spicy. I can smell all the individual notes but they blend so well together. This is pretty magical. It stays consistent for a long time and long lasting

I’ve gotten so much complements wearing this and it has such a nice silage and scent trail. Smells like to ford Tuscan leather and YSL Tuxedo had a baby and add in some raspberries. Smells so refined sexy and high class, can’t get enough of this, one of the best in the line

First Impression: Gorgeous plum tobacco, raspberry, and patchouli. I don't know why Penhaligon's doesn't widely distribute this one, it's one of the best from the portraits series. Moderate performance, eye watering price, assuming you can actually find it.

Received this as a gift. Its a fun, sweet, smoky fragrance. Great evening smell it packs a punch in the beginning but mellows out after awhile. Gives me summer evening vibes on a summer beach holiday.

longgivity is about 5min, bad performance, bad sillage, powdery smell, No tobacco at all. Penhaligons Is such a scam. I dont know if you guys gets paid to say this bullshit is good, random smell and bad in every way 0/10

Terrible in every sense...just get Me Sam

It took me a bit to figure out what this one reminded me of,but I just got back from vacation in Cancun, and it has an odd resemblance to the Pina Colada smoothies they'd mix at the resort bar. I realize there is no pineapple or coconut, but to my nose the notes used to approximate tobacco can come across as 'waxy' and 'coconutty'..overall i'd describe this one as buttery smooth, slightly translucent (the ambergris component, I take it) as well as slightly tart and sweet from the berry and plum note, and it's also very smoothly blended with no particular note dominating. Something about the blending reminds me of another Penhaligon's fragrance - Lothair - due to the similar smooth, fruity/woody contrasts. YsL's Tuxedo also comes to mind where it has a similar ambergris smoothness and also has a raspberry note, though I find this one to be better as I was either anosmic to Tuxedo, or it was simply a disappointingly weak performer on me.

Amazing amazing amazing, I love this type of scent profile it is up there with herod and mystery tobacco this penhaligons fragrance is very unique very grown up. I love it on cold wintery days that's where I find it performs at its best and the juice colour is stunning as are the bottles and packaging from the house. If you love this try halfeti cedar by penhaligons it is equally brilliant!

Smells like a thicker version muddled plum by molton brown. A little more masculine version I’d say. I get dried plum fruits with a touch of earthy dried tobacco on a bed of rum accord.
