06 - Paris Radieux

I absolutely fell in love with this frangrance in store and had to go back and buy it the next day. I sprayed it on my hand and kept sniffing it all afternoon! I am a fan of white florals, and this reminds me alot of Chloe Nomade Jasmine intense, and Nishane 100 silent ways. You can definitely smell the white florals and Jasmine. It has decent projection and longevity. When I initially tried it, I had 2 sprays on the back of my hand, which was in the afternoon and I could still smell it into the night!

Paris Radieux by Solférino Paris is a clean, well-blended fragrance, but it didn’t work for me personally. The opening has a bright citrus quality that feels fresh and pleasant. As it develops, white florals begin to come through, giving it a more airy, slightly soapy character. That’s where it lost me. The floral aspect feels a bit too diffusive and “perfumey” for my taste, taking away from the sense of structure I usually look for. To my nose, it also leans more feminine than unisex, especially as the white florals become more prominent in the drydown. There’s nothing harsh or poorly done here, it’s refined and easy to wear, but it leans more into a light, luminous floral style rather than something grounded and composed. Overall, I can appreciate the quality, but it doesn’t align with what I typically enjoy wearing.
