One of my favorites from Solstice Scents! This opens like a fall candle, but settles down into a medley of delicious autumn treats. The peach, pumpkin, and cinnamon all come through, made richer by just enough smoke to give the impression that the ingredients were baked. This is not a smoky scent, but it is all warm, autumn, and gourmand. The strongest note on me is peach, which is balanced out by a nice blend of all the other notes. After testing, I had to keep reapplying because I kept craving it. I finally gave in and ordered a full size edp, because I wanted to be able to spritz onto clothes. On me, a dab of oil on each wrist lasts about 4 hours until I’m left with a final skin scent that is vanilla with a hint of spice. If you like sweet without being cloying, autumnal without being musty, and general late afternoon sunshine in a bottle, this one’s for you.

Exactly how you expect a sweet baked gourmand to smell. The addition of pumpkin makes it for me, it’s a very creamy sort. I think I prefer this to Bake. Im surprised brown sugar is not a note in this but I suppose Im being tricked by the caramel/ pumpkin combo. It’s really not overly spicy on me so Im surprised that’s the first major note. I can tell they are in the mix though. It is definitely a candle scent though, so if that is not your thing you might want to pass. I however wish I nabbed this one in full bottle form cause I know I’m going through the rollerball this fall.

This is such a delicious and comforting fragrance!! I absolutely love wearing this during the fall and winter months. I can just imagine living in a quaint little cottage in the forest baking syrup cake and honey cookies with lots of spices! The main notes I pick up from this are Caramel, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, Ginger, with a bit of smoke. I don't really smell the peach that much, though I do get a bit of the pumpkin on my first whiff. Overall this is my second favorite fragrance from solstice scents and I'll definitely be repurchasing when I run out🍯🥰🍯

this is like the perfect fall gourmand! it’s warm and spicy and not too sweet. Smells like cooking cinnamon bread is a rustic old kitchen with a warm fire going, there’s also a warm woody note which i adore. I love this perfume!

Really delicious, super smooth and well-blended. Pastry, pumpkin, baking spices. I don't get any wood smoke, even though it's listed in the notes. Just excellent and definitely a must-try for gourmand lovers.

Reminds me of a less appley version of BBW leaves. Both smell like spicey gourmand fall candles. They're not the same. But they do remind me of eachother. If you like one you would probably enjoy the other.

deliciously sweet and spiced warm pastries!! smells like someone is baking pumpkin bread with vanilla icing on top. Not much peach here. The drydown is a smoky, woody, caramel pumpkin scent.

Solstice always nails these cozy, spicy, atmospheric gourmand scents. This is a very comforting and whimsy scent--smells like fall treats and spices in an elevated, dusty woody cabin amidst autumn foliage. Go for it if you're a fall seasonal treat kind of person!

On me, this is baked goods with a little bit of apple cinnamon. This definitely smells like candles or wax melts, but, hey, if you like those scents of candles or wax melts, you'll like this. It's a warm, comforting, cheerful scent.

On my skin, this is very similar to "Witch's Cottage," except this one actually lasts. Yay!

The opening is thick with butter which was weird and the peach note feels off to me at first. This quickly settles into the most expensive pumpkin spice/autumn candle scent you ever imagined. If the smoke really does show up in the end I'd buy this. Without any smoke this is just too sweet and common for my taste. Will update... Review of official PERFUME EXTRAIT sample purchased directly from SolsticeScents.com UPDATE Never found the smoke. For my taste this is too sweet and just lacks balance. If you like pumpkin spice flavored/scented products, you love this!

It's a very nice scent but it's more in the candle realm than quality perfume. Some of this brand's creations are really sub-par ingredient wise.

Pros: - Very nice scent for fall, amazing lasting power and sillage. Cons: - Cinnamon does overwhelm other notes (predominately pumpkin/vanilla/caramel/french pastries etc...). - Slightly more masculine then expected (due to smoke and spices overwhelming sweet). - Can be overwhelming with spice/smoke notes (headache inducing/irritating when close to someone/catching whiffs. onself). Sillage: 8/10. Longevity: 9/10. Main Smell: Spices (Cinnamon) + Maple Syrup. Overall: Expected more sweetness and pumpkin, however it was overwhelmed with the spices and smoke being very prominent and intense; unfortunately did frown and get a headache whilst wearing this as the day/night progressed. HOWEVER, Solstice Scents is an amazing perfume formulator, I can understand why this brand is popular; the perfumes that they make are very good quality (and I have smelled many perfumes in my lifetime). I Would suggest getting a 12-pack of their samples and finding one you enjoy, due to the amazing formulation, it could easily become your favourite perfume *their sample sizes are also very well priced!*

I, sadly, did not enjoy this one as much as my other samples I purchased. It gives me fall candle vibes...too spicy, sweet...not a lot of pumpkin...and too much smoke. No baked goods detected. It does dry down to be less akin to a candle, but it still was too much for me. It also gave me a headache because of how strong it was and I ended up scrubbing. It lasted on my sweater 2 days after wear, and that's when I think it smelled the best.

There's something about Solstice Scents' constant struggle with making sweet scents that cross the border of a gourmand scent for wearing and into the realm of Bath and Body Candle. And then as soon as you are blasted with a potent puff of sugar and caramel, it sticks on like tar and won't budge until I shower.

Would I want my house to smell like this? Sure.. Would I personally want to smell like this..? Absolutely not. No human should smell like this. Its not natural..unless you're a pie who wished to be human for a day . This is just..not good.

i've recently gone through a sample pack of solstice scents perfume oils, and i feel like this is one of their better offerings. at first, i got big yankee candle vibes from this oil, but after letting it dry down, it smells a lot better -- sweet and spicy, with lots of pumpkin and vanilla and a flaky pastry dough note that's just soooo good. i'm not sure i would want to own a full bottle of this, especially because alkemia's pumpkin strumpet is already in my wardrobe, very similar, and a little less spicy (which i prefer). however, i would say this is REALLY good, very autumnal, well-suited for cold weather and cozy days.

Yes this one reminds me a lot of Witch's Cottage and is slightly more gourmand, less involved as that one. But there is also something in Witch's Cottage that is alluring to me and magical that this one doesn't have. Even though it is still quite delicious. This is a fall gourmand for sure. I think I slightly prefer Witch's Cottage. (This is from testing the oil samples multiple times - their oils are VERY STRONG btw, not sure if it translates the same to the EDP for these 2 scents).

I love this so much. I have a roller oil, prob 3 years old now. So rich and yummy. Back when- I chose Witch's Cottage over this, getting that in EDP instead. Today, I'm wearing kitchen and while I love the chamomile in WC, it's the extra goo of gourmand icing in Kitchen that captivates me today. I'll be watching for an EDP of kitchen. It's just TOO GOOD. Rich buttery (no peach, good for me) pastries covered in white icing, while a whisp of smoke comes and goes. Love it.

Before I bought and tried this, I created a scent named X of Cups and was a little bit shocked that this scent smells almost the same as my scent! We got the same results but in different ways as the notes in mine are quite different. We match on the smoke, spice, vanilla, and pumpkin. But where this scent went sweet, mine went a bit herbal with lavender. I was also more heavy handed on the spicy notes. So of course I love it. lol

Definitely scented candle, but what a candle! Wafery biscuit, pumpkin spice latte, lots of gingerbread, cinnamon, madagascar vanilla...everything delicious in a kitchen around autumn time. Love it, I would wear this and buy the candle. In fact I'm pretty sure i have a few that smell like this.

This smells like a general store-style restaurant: baked goods, sweet candle smells, wood-fire, lots of cinnamon. A lot of brands do a scent like this and it’s straight up Yankee Candle, but this one is gorgeous. Def recommend if this is your type of scent profile!

Spiced Pumkpin+Peach bread. Literally. Because of the spices it kinda reads as spiced apple cake or something like that but after reading the notes - yep that makes sense. Great fall gourmand. Yum!!
