Lamborghini Convertible

a.k.a. "Lamborghini No.6", I had the wonderful honour of having this fragrance way back in the very early '80s. It was packaged in a small leather covered metal flask and I would pay dearly to get my hands on another flacon of this absolutely stunning fragrance. Still have the original flask but it is bone dry now and I can now barely eke out a mere whisper of what this fragrance smelled like. I do know that it was a real stunner -- absolutely gorgeous florals while still being an unequivocally masculine fougere. Yes, it's very old school late 70's - early 80's and also hirsute in nature as were most men's fragrances during that era, but this one always felt quite elegant and well-mannered in comparison to most of the men's fougere heavyweight fragrances around at that time. Will be keeping my eyes open for a lucky and treasured find of this baby. **Edit (Apr 2022): I managed to recently find a mini bottle (15ml) from a collector and discovered quickly that this Lamborghini No.6 (in a small glass convertible car bottle) is SUPER-close to what Gianfranco Ferre for Man smells like -- in fact I'd say it's 90-95% similar. It's still absolutely stunning after all these years. I am tickled beyond pink to have finally found a small stash of this beauty!
