Liz Claiborne Curve Sport Men Cologne opens with very soft projection of citrus, fruity, spicy, and floral accords. The opening is very faint, the notes come up as fresh, very diluted, barely noticeable but pleasant. The bergamot and sweet apple create a fresh opening accord with a touch of rosemary and cardamom. The lavender is just a soft touch. The fragrance has a noticeable fresh woody accord similar to cedar although this one isn’t listed as an official note, most likely resulting from the combination of the base note. The tobacco and moss add a soft inky, bitter, forest floor evocative very light note. Once Liz Claiborne Curve Sport Men Cologne has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a very soft mildly sweet, apple, bergamot, spicy, and woody fragrance with soft lavender accords. The fragrance feels airy, breezy, clean, diluted, diurnals, fresh, fruity, inviting, masculine, moderate-quality, modern, sporty, slightly sweet, weak, woody, and pleasant. BATCH REVIEWED: 2020. WOW RATING: 6/10. A pleasant, very soft, apple, bergamot, spicy and woody fragrance. DISLIKE RATING: 1/10. The fragrance contains soft tobacco and a mossy note. UNIQUENESS: 2/10. Sporty woody fragrances are very common. MASS APPEAL: 7/10. Most people will find this fragrance OK. PROJECTION: 1/10. Low, a personal space fragrance. SILLAGE: 1/10. Low, just a whiff behind the wearer. APPLICATION: 8 or more atomization. LONGEVITY: 2/10. Low, about 2 hours with little projection, almost a body spray. SEASONS: Spring, summer. GENDER: Masculine, but not for much, the woody and spices create a slight tilt to the masculine side. AGES: Any. RECOMMENDATION: Liz Claiborne Curve Sport Men Cologne is a very soft but pleasant fresh fragrance that can be purchased for under $20, ideal for the gym or just to refresh. A nice-to-have, but, not a must-have. BLIND-BUY: Yes, but only if you are familiar with its main notes. SIMILAR: These are fragrances in the same genre. Al Haramain L'Aventure Knight Men EDP is a great green, ozonic, musky, and woody fragrance; Chrome United Men EDT is a green, citrus, and spicy fragrance with moderate projection; Calvin Klein Eternity Aqua Men EDT is an affordable ozonic, citrus and aquatic fragrance, but with low performance; Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Sun Men EDT is a nice grapefruit, aquatic and woody fragrance but could use more performance; Franck Oliver Sun Java Men EDT is a great and affordable sweet, mint, melon, and woody fragrance; Tous Man Sport is a low projection, white clean musky, aldehydes, ozonic, ginger, woody, and apple fragrance; Claiborne Curve Cologne is a slightly sweet, pineapple, juniper berry, lavender, and woody fragrance; Curve Connect Men Cologne is a simple, very soft, ozonic, fruity fragrance; Liz Claiborne Curve Sport Men Cologne is a nice, very soft, sweet, apple, bergamot, spicy, and woody fragrance. SUMMARY: A very soft mildly sweet, apple, bergamot, spicy, and woody fragrance with soft lavender accords. The fragrance feels airy, breezy, clean, diluted, diurnals, fresh, fruity, inviting, masculine, moderate-quality, modern, sporty, slightly sweet, weak, woody, and pleasant.

This cologne has the original DNA of Curve but the longevity and sillage does not compare to the original curve. Overall a very nice scent for the price but this one wold make a great gift to my nephews. Good cologne but I need the lasting power to be better. Sprayed this one on around 9:00 pm and around 11:00 this became a skin scent. Light fragrance good for work.

Nice fragrance smells good and very affordable I picked it up today from Walmart I was getting bodywash and stumbled across it and grabbed one without even testing it out but it smells like the original just tweaked a little so if you like the original curve you'll most likely like this version too 7/10 it can be worn year round by any age casually or to the gym

It's Saturday afternoon and I'm taking my kids to a movie. We'll wander the mall for a while afterward, maybe hit the food court. Curve Sport is the perfect scent for exactly this kind of occasion. Somewhere between the original Curve and AF Fierce. Refeshing and clean. It's maybe just sexy enough to garner a smile or compliment from a cute soccer mom ;)

Decent cheapie I use for work & the gym. Works to cover up any body odours that come from physical labour work or gym sweat. I also use it to throw something on for daily errands. Nothing special but its a scent for when you need a scent.

a very generic scent nothing special although it does last and projection is also good nothing really bad to say about this and nothing really good to say about it either

I get Mahogany, teakwood. Another fierce clone. Can’t blame em for trying. Reach for this or Ed hardy skulls and roses if you want an alternative for Fierce.

Highly aromatic and earthy fresh with the slightest hint of apple tart over the top. A lighter, softer version of A&F Fierce/Montblanc Legend, without any of the more assertive qualities that still make both of those major international commercial successes. I've been testing this for much of the last three days and I simply don't get a lot of performance on my skin with five sprays but enough to garner a couple compliments in close quarters back at the post-Covid-19 workplace. Extremely unimposing, professionally blended and well-conceived chemically, but extremely forgettable and its prototype already ubiquitous. For a designer brand in decline since the early 2000's that's done quite a few remarkable things for a budget fragrance line (see Curve Black, Curve Connect, Curve Crush, Curve Chill & Curve Wave), this one simply doesn't offer the consumer anything they can't already get for $10 more with better performance and reputation. What made Curve unique was rather original efforts with cheaper oil concentrations for the under 30 crowd. 6/10

But I don't feel this one is marketed well. It's very faint and sweet but woody on the top notes. After a while, the smell actually lingers on but it's more like Cardomom and maybe cedar or balsa. This is the kind of scent to wear when gardening or something relaxing. But for that reason, it's so understated that it becomes quite versatile, could wear this in spring and autumn. It's not offensive.

Bought this for my son. He doesn’t like it but I think it’s alright. Nothing really special. Good thing it was cheap. This feminine line is way better.

I really wanted to like this scent, because there's nothing in the scent note pyramid I don't like, but the body-spray form of this fragrance has a smell to it that I can only describe as "fruity Windex." Even spraying this on a piece of paper and letting it dry down for a few minutes gave the same result, it was just FOUL. I am thoroughly confused and highly disappointed with this one. I've had most of the Curve men's line, and this is only the second fragrance I've had from them I positively did not like (the other being Curve Black), the rest of the lineup is pretty solid.

Smelled like cheap pipe tobacco. Sort of like Axe Kilo.

Smells more like a body spray and bad vodka

A modern reinvention of the signature Curve that leans more in the A&F Fierce direction and substitutes the essence of the original Curve’s cactus and sooty synthetic tropical fruits over lavender while leaving only the green aspects of the original. Basically a modern update for a new generation that goes for inoffensive and already proven but lacks any originality. An Ok fragrance with underwhelming silage (a skin scent after 1-2 hours) and longevity (3-5 hours max), but for a cheapie gym scent or early starter for a teen it’s solid and a reasonable purchase! Inoffensive and suitable for the office.

For $10 for 1 oz bottle....Better than many of the Fierce Clones...Not as good as legend..But I get 4 hours, good for gym, or summer. Can smell the curve DNA, crowd pleasing, not harsh as some of the fierce clones....Not as dry..This is a good dumb reach...Easy wear anywhere. Curve Sport...pretty good, Generic yes...But as a legend alternative, not as good, but one of the better "Clones" or Vibes, This is up there...KC mankind ultimate and Mankind are better than this but put this #3 or #4 behind Ed Hardy for clones of fierce or legend...Good pick up.

Reminds me very much of A&F Fierce and Mont Blanc Legend. But Curve Sport still has some original Curve DNA. Sport also doesn't have the longevity & projection of A&F Fierce, Legend, or Curve. Atleast not on me. So for me its a pass. That's without bias since I'm a HUGE Curve fan as anyone can see in my reviews. I already have Mont Blanc Legend Intense so i'm going to stick with that. I suppose since Curve Sport is cheap, it may be worth a shot if you don't own Fierce or Legend

Curve Sport is basically a washed-out Claiborne Sport with an attenuated green top note, which in the latter scent was tomato leaf (not sure if Claiborne Sport is still that presentable, or if it's been reformulated since 2009, when I bought my bottle). Smells unexpectedly great, but Claiborne Sport is a minor masterpiece, so go with that instead, and seek out a vintage bottle.

This one does smell very similar to Fierce, only much lighter. Not bad, but I wouldn't spend any money on it. Stick with the original Curve, it is a timeless classic that smells great and lasts a long time. Tommy is also good.
